An Investigation And Analysis Of The Current Situation Of Physical Education Teaching In Xuchang Private High Schools From The Perspective Of Subject Core Literacy

The current international education pays attention to develop student's core literacy,in response to the international education development,the subject they are studying the subject core accomplishment,in terms of school physical education,in2017 the Ministry of Education promulgated for ordinary high school sports and health standards,puts forward the high school physical education to develop the students' health behavior,athletic ability and physical character,And requires all localities departments of education to carry out the implementation,the education department in 2020 officially issued and implemented the new standard,requires all high schools across the country to carrying out the new course standard,to promote the development of students' subject core accomplishment,run by the local high school as part of the national high school education,should also implement the "new curriculum standard",Pay attention to the development of students' healthy behavior,sports ability and sports moral quality.In view of this,this paper,based on the vision of the 2020 edition of the New Curriculum standard,takes the current situation of physical education teaching in Xuchang civilian-run high schools as the research object,uses the method of literature,questionnaire survey,field investigation,interview,mathematical statistics and other research methods to investigate and analyze the current situation of physical education teaching in Xuchang civilian-run high schools.This paper explores the problems existing in the implementation of the new Curriculum Standard in private high schools in this area,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,in order to provide theoretical reference for the development of PE teaching in private high schools in the new era.After research,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The current situation of physical education development and the implementation of discipline core literacy in private high schools in Xuchang city are as follows:(1)physical education teachers in private high schools in Xuchang city are aware of the 2020 edition of physical education health curriculum standard for ordinary high schools required by the Ministry of education,but most teachers are not clear about the specific implementation requirements of the outline.(2)Due to the private nature,the school does not have high requirements for high school physical education teaching.Therefore,the setting and implementation of physical education teaching objectives,teaching contents and teaching methods presented in the teaching plan of all private schools in Xuchang city are still carried out according to the traditional methods;In the teaching process,physical education teaching methods still use the traditional teaching methods with teachers as the main body and demonstration and explanation as the main body,and rarely use modern physical education teaching methods such as situational teaching method,understanding teaching method and cooperative teaching method.(3)The leaders of relevant education departments and private schools in Xuchang city did not pay enough attention to private physical education,the degree of attention and investment failed to meet the corresponding management requirements of private education,the school venues and equipment were not repaired and replaced in time,and the investment of sports funds was not enough,resulting in the decline of the quality of physical education teaching.(4)Due to the private nature,the teachers of private schools in Xuchang city are unstable,teachers have low enthusiasm for their own career,and have job burnout.In addition,some physical education teachers' majors are different from those taught.In addition,the implementation of the 2020 edition of the curriculum standard for physical education and health in senior high schools requires that the core quality of physical education discipline be used to guide the teaching objectives,teaching methods and teaching evaluation of the curriculum,Compared with the traditional physical education teaching in senior high school in the past,it has a new educational concept and the requirements of modular teaching,which requires teachers to have more solid professional and technical ability.The teaching goal of core literacy requires teachers to have more profound comprehensive knowledge ability and modern educational technology,and the teaching content,teaching evaluation,teaching process under the guidance of the goal of discipline core literacy It is difficult to grasp the logic and closeness between teaching methods and other elements,so it is difficult for private high school PE teachers working in the front line to understand and implement it in the process of PE teaching.2.According to the existing problems,this paper puts forward targeted suggestions:(1)relevant education departments should implement the laws and regulations on the supervision of private schools,supervise the physical education work status of private schools according to law,and do regular inspection and irregular random inspection.The school leadership should pay more attention to school physical education,take cultivating students' all-round development as the foothold,pay attention to the development of school physical education,increase the allocation proportion of school physical education,timely repair and replace school sports equipment,increase teachers' salary and improve teachers' happiness and stability,so as to better improve the quality of physical education.(2)Pay attention to the training of PE teachers in private high schools,improve PE Teachers' understanding of the core quality of sports,improve their teaching level,strive to meet the teaching requirements of the new curriculum standard as soon as possible,break through the traditional teaching methods,increase more games in the PE classroom,gradually attract students' learning interest,and let students carry out in a happy learning environment,so as to slowly realize the PE teaching requirements of the new curriculum standard.(3)For the recruitment of physical education teachers,we should achieve professional counterpart recruitment and appropriately add the application conditions of physical education teachers.The application conditions are mainly to improve the detection of teachers' professional ability.Highly professional teachers can achieve twice the result with half the effort in implementing the teaching requirements of the new curriculum standard.(4)In view of the private nature,according to the requirements of the new curriculum standard,improve and improve the students' academic quality evaluation system,achieve multi-faceted and multi requirement evaluation,eliminate single evaluation,and combine process evaluation with summative evaluation to promote students' interest in learning.
