Continuing education of teachers has become a general concern of all countries in the world. The British education experts C. Teaching and Research Group is a professional environment for the growth of teachers. Through the common classes and lectures, Class-teachers not only learn about all aspects of teaching skills, but outstanding teachers can further more tap from a wealth of teaching experience and teaching skills, thereby enhancing their own teaching. At present, "with heterogeneous classes" activities have become an important form of teaching and research activities, to promote the teaching profession, has also become an important means of growth.Therefore, enhanced teaching and research capacity of primary school mathematics teachers to upgrade the level of strategy as a major issue, builds a measure of the level of teachers to enhance teaching and research in quantitative form, and such as a tool to explore the teaching profession to raise the level of teaching strategy.In this study, action research methodology as the main method by questionnaire, interviews and analysis.I. The specific objectives are:To build the diversity of teachers in teaching and research. To improve the professional growth of teachers to explore strategies.This study will be used in the study of teaching and research to build the form of teachers to determine the level of the existing teaching and research:choose a different strategy based on the current teaching and research intervention teachers; after intervention to determine the professional growth of teachers; through the determination of the results of two Comparative come effective in raising strategy; the final conclusion. Understanding of the teaching content to promote the improvement of professional standards of teachers.2. Teaching seminar for all teachers have to promote the role of advice.3. Mutual aid partners to improve the level of teacher study groups.4. Efficiency will depend on professionals to lead the content of lead, as well as the current level of teachers.
