In recent years,China's education and training industry in full swing,has become a common choice for many entrepreneurs to invest in the industry.With the increasing number of educational and training institutions,the market competition is becoming more and more fierce.In fourth-tier cities like putian,many primary and secondary education and training institutions are already feeling the pressure of competition.If they cannot adapt to the new market situation,some educational and training institutions will lose their competitive advantages,miss opportunities for further development or even be eliminated by the market.Start-up in 2017,this paper in the juvenile's English training WD education training company as research object,first introduced the basic situation of WD education training company,from the perspective of enterprise competitive strategy,sums up the domestic and foreign enterprises and strategy of relevant literature,education training institutions and the relevant theory of competitive strategy,and generalizes the methods and tools of strategic analysis;Secondly,PEST analysis method and porter's "five forces model" are adopted to conduct strategic analysis and research on the external and internal environment of WD education training company.Then,with the help of SWOT analysis tool,the company's strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats were obtained,the company's strategic objectives were clarified,and the competitive strategies of teaching differentiation,service differentiation,brand differentiation and marketing differentiation were formulated.Finally,from the system standardization,enterprise culture construction,human resources construction,industrial alliance,capital vacancy and income five aspects to effectively ensure the implementation of the company's competitive strategy.For WD education training company currently existing in the operation of strategic positioning,competitive advantage is not obvious,such problems as poor lack of enterprise culture and marketing strategy,differentiation competitive strategy is put forward and implement the specific path measures of the competitive strategy,in order to help enterprises to clarify management thinking,clear development direction,can make the enterprise in the fierce market competition in a strong position,as well as the similar enterprises,operating to provide reference for other small and medium-sized education training institutions.
