Since the 1980 s,The strategy around the world to promote teacher professional development from laying emphasis on rational orientation of theoretical enrichment and practice orientation of practical knowledge to ecological orientation of focusing on teachers' cooperation,and to strengthen the construction of teacher professional learning community is an important embodiment of ecological orientation.This thesis thinks that teacher professional learning community is a functional organization which regards teachers as corpus,and takes professional learning content for object,and takes promoting teachers' professional development as the goal.In middle school and primary school in our country at present,teacher professional learning community takes teaching and research group as the carrier.This thesis uses literature method,questionnaire method and interview method,and takes three high schools' teaching and research group for example,and makes systematic study of the current high school teacher professional learning community.Research shows that the current high school teacher professional learning community has problems,including unreasonable way of teaching and research group leaders' production,and limited learning contents,and single learning styles,unreasonable learning time arrangement,non-significant learning effect.The main cause of high school teacher professional learning communities' problems of teachers are looking down on education theory,and lacking cooperative awareness,and lacking professional development intrinsic motivation;The main cause of high school teacher professional learning communities' problems of teaching and research group leaders' are low enthusiasm of organizing the teachers to study,and insufficient ability of professional guidance,and less ability of organization coordination;The main cause of high school teacher professional learning communities' problems of schools are one-sided competitive teacher evaluation system,and overwhelming emphasis on bureaucratic administration,and insufficient determining weights for teaching and research group leaders',and taking no count of off-campus professional guidance.This thesis thinks that to promote the healthy development of high school teacher professional learning community,teachers need to recognize the value of educationtheory,and setting up shared vision of teacher professional development,and improving cooperation consciousness,pursuit of excellence.Teaching and research group leaders' should improve enthusiasm of organizing the teachers to study,and strengthen ability of professional guidance,and increase ability of organization coordination;School should be combined with personal evaluation and group evaluation,and push democratic management,increase determining weights for teaching and research group leaders',attaches great importance to the high level of off-campus professional guidance.
