As the first link of higher education chain,the freshmen education plays an important guiding role in assisting them in environment adjustment,role conversion and correct “Three Values”establishment,which will further influence their college life and learning quality as well as career choice and development in the future.Throughout the development of freshmen education,it's easy to see that both external motivation and endogenous force exert an influence over freshmen's growth.The endogenous growth momentum of college entrants defined by the sum of all kinds of positive forces,including the driving force of college freshmen,as well as the driving force of school and social subjects,to guide college freshmen to respond positively to the educational management work,to form the behavior habits of active growth,active development,self-improvement and pursuit of excellence,so as to achieve self-identity,self-development and self-realization.Currently,some achievements have been made in the process of freshmen's growth though;there are still many problems that lead to insufficient endogenous force of freshmen's growth.For freshmen themselves,they seldom take the initiative to learn,accumulate and identify,which affects their full-scale development and improvement.As a part of higher education management,freshmen education in our country is in a period of development and is gradually rising to the level of governance that the whole society jointly participates in and multi-subjects cooperate on educating.The factors affecting the endogenous force of freshmen's growth are very complicated,which include freshmen's motivation but also the influence of school and social environment.Without guidance and improvement,it is difficult to meet the multiple needs of students 'growth,stimulate their endogenous force of growth and promote their further growth and development.Therefore,it is necessary to introduce governance theory in promoting the endogenous force of freshmen's growth,Through education governance,the positive role of multiple subjects in promoting the endogenous growth impetus of college entrants will be enhanced,through education governance,we should give full play to the role of multiple subjects in promoting the cultivation of endogenous driving forces for the growth of college freshmen,build a governance system with overall linkage and interactive influences,activate relevant subjects,form a co-governance pattern,optimize the functions ofthe subjects,and pool positive forces.a cultivation environment for the endogenous growth power of college entrants will be created,the cultivation system of the endogenous growth force of college entrants be improved,the cultivation structure of the endogenous growth force of college entrants be optimized,and the cultivation effect of the endogenous growth power of college entrants be consolidated.This research first contains an introduction of the relevant core concepts and theoretical basis,and relies on relevant theories to explains the analysis of the educational governance and the cultivation of the endogenous driving force of the growth of college freshmen,introduces the main body and characteristics of the cultivation of the endogenous driving force of the growth of college freshmen,and expounds the action mechanism of the education governance promoting the cultivation of the endogenous driving force of the growth of college freshmen On this basis,the problems in the process of cultivating endogenous force of the freshmen's growth are analyzed: motivation absence,motivation weakening and motivation imbalance.The paper analyzes the causes of the insufficient endogenous force of freshmen's growth from three governance subjects and explores solutions to improve the endogenous force of freshmen's growth: create a governance environment;improve the governance system;optimize governance structure;enhance governance effectiveness.
