Research On Freshmen Educational Administration Under The Perspective Of Good Governance

The freshmen educational administration is the first step of higher education management.It is directly related to whether the students can adapt to the new environment and directly influence whether the teaching and learning is effective.In recent years,freshmen education has received more and more attention,but in practice,there are still many difficulties and challenges.The objective of this paper is to comb through the current situation of China's freshmen administration,to analyze the existing problems.By drawing lessons from foreign experience,this paper will propose optimization countermeasures from the perspective of good governance.The freshmen educational administration serves the growth of college pre-admission students and freshmen.According to the good governance thought,freshman education administration as an activity,different subjects should be involved,working system should be systemized,educational administration should be humanized,workflow should be systematic.Through data collection,interview method,questionnaire method,the research shows that the implementation of the freshmen educational administration was gradually expanding,material environment was improving,the organization team has been basically established,what's more,the form and content are gradually enriched.However,the freshmen educational administration still faces some seriously insufficient.Some colleges and universities didn't pay enough attention,facilities and resources were not abundant,faculty were not very professional,and students were not very satisfied.These problems were caused by the lack of policy and system,the lack of participation subjects,the temporary rise of professional organizations and the neglect of students' needs.Finally,four countermeasures are proposed.We should establish a systematic policy system,absorb diversified participants,cultivate professional organizations and provide personalized growth services.
