With the continuous development of Internet technology,new media has entered our university campus,serving the teaching,scientific research,management,life,etc.,changing our existing management mode and teaching mode at an incredible speed.With the popularization of new media,college and university teachers and students have become the main force of "Internet".They are young and energetic,quick in thinking,like to pay attention to social hot spots,and rich in sense of justice.Teachers and students of colleges and universities are accustomed to learn about the public sentiment and social sentiment through paying attention to the Internet,sharing information,and expressing their own opinions and opinions on some hot topics and things related to their own interests,and then Posting and re-posting in large Numbers,so as to form online public sentiment of colleges and universities,and promote the management of online public sentiment of colleges and universities to become normal management gradually.Based on the research university network public opinion management mechanism,in full,on the basis of relevant research results at home and abroad for reference,select Y a dog with a "test" events occur in colleges and universities,collected through literature and empirical investigation,in the analysis of the situation to show Y of the main methods of colleges and universities in the network public opinion management are mainly artificial monitoring and early warning mechanism,and to the analysis of the subjective evaluation mechanism,the school leader of rapid response mechanism,pay attention to the guide of after the event channel mechanism,the government departments involved in the linkage mechanism.At the same time,it also found some problems in the management of online public opinions in Y university,such as inadequate monitoring and early warning mechanism,lagging analysis and judgment mechanism,imperfect rapid response mechanism,imperfect guidance mechanism and imperfect linkage mechanism,and analyzed the reasons for the existing problems.After learning from the management mechanism of network public opinion of three excellent universities in China,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward,mainly including:improve the monitoring and early warning mechanism to know public opinion in advance;Improve analysis and judgment mechanism to ensure accurate decision-making;Improve the rapid response mechanism to control the trend of public opinion;Establish guidance mechanism and establish correct guidance;Improve the linkage mechanism and strengthen information sharing,so that this study can provide a favorable basis for the management mechanism of university network public opinion,and provide a guarantee for the clean and positive university network public opinion environment.
