Research On Thedevelopent Of Colloges Sports Clubs Organizations Among Students In Shanghai

College students sports clubs organizations,as one of the second classroom leaders,is one of the important carriers of campus cultural construction in our country.Rich and colorful students sports clubs organizations activities carried out by colleges and universities are beneficial to promote the physical and mental health of students,meeting the needs of social development and creating a rich campus sports culture.They also promote the comprehensive development of students in moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetics and labor.The paper studied organizations and developments of Running Bug club of Shanghai Jiaotong University,Dragon Boat club of Fudan University,Baseball and Softball club of Tongji University by literature data method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,case research method,field observation and physical statistical method,analyzing main factors that hamper the development of these sports clubs organizations and putting forward the solutions and suggestions.The research found that shanghai college sports clubs organizations are variety,their scales cannot meet the students' needs.Also,the imbalance in gender and year of study is evident.Next,those activities are running with a low frequency.Besides,the motivations of students taking part in sports organizations vary,but basically they can find their own place in those activities.The students mainly self-enrolled to participate in the community activities.The frequency of the activities is relatively low.The students mainly self-enrolled to participate in the community activities.The frequency of the activities is relatively low.Finally in the aspect of the construction of the rules,some sports clubs organizations do not pay attention to the management of the money;most clubs organizations have their own rules and manage in a correct way;they know the importance of the construction of the clubs organizations' culture,but they can only do it in an original way;the role of the teacher is variety,teachers have no meaning in the clubs organizations;decision making and leader elections tend not to be undertaken by the majority of people.Shanghai college sports organizations post-secondary institutions shows an obvious Shanghai culture.Firstly,the clubs organizations can cooperate with the companies,get a win-win situation.Secondly,they have the spirit of struggle.Thirdly,most students choose to join a sports club with the goal of enlarging social circle.Fourthly,students can attend locally-hosted large-scaled events.Fifthly,the combination of sports clubs organizations and traditional cultures.There are four key factors restrict the development of the college clubs organizations in Shanghai.Firstly,the resources support is relatively scarce.Secondly,the management system is not perfect.Thirdly,Corporate culture atmosphere is not strong.Lastly,The members keep flowing.Three barriers of club development are shown.Firstly,the atmosphere of “being actively involved in a campus group does help for job hunting” led to a mistaken purpose for team members.Secondly,the absence of a complete working process caused the imperfection of the club administrative system.Thirdly,the lack of resources has made the coverage of clubs organizations narrowed down.Shanghai college students' sports clubs organizations use main types of analysis to make the following suggestions on positive development for sports clubs organizations at post-secondary institutions in Shanghai.First,to build a complete management system for the clubs organizations and the projects,as well enrich the rule of the sports club.Second,to book the place by using the internet and using the APP to improve the utilization of the places.Third,to develop clubs organizations and their activities that have strong specialties.Fourth,to increase the total funding for those clubs organizations and find out how to develop by the club itself.Fifth,to enrich theoretical research on sports clubs organizations and also change the minds of teachers and students.Sixth,enhance construction of the team and optimize the function of the instructors.Seventh,use the sources of the higher level sportsman and improve the instruction of the clubs organizations.
