The Current Situation And Countermeasures Research Of The Development Of Rural Sports Organizations In Longdong Region

Sports organization is the key to transfer the functions of the Sports administration department and it is also an important component of sports public service system. Constructing the integration of public service is not only an important guarantee to eliminate the administrative boundaries and make a variety of important resources elements reasonable and optimized configuration, but also is an important foundation to promote the construction of city circle.Sports organization, as a kind of social organization, has its earn unique attribute and defined category. With the progress of the society, it’s function and effect will become rich and developing increasingly. Studying sports organization deeply is good to the diversification of social development and people’s life towards healthier.The thesis is mainly about the rural sports organizations in Longdong region. On the basis of analyzing cultural centers, mass sports organizations and civil society sports organizations, the thesis analyzes the current situation of rural sports organizations in Longdong, according to the knowledge of basic sociology disciplines, sports science, sports theory and the usage of literature and so on, using some methods like questionnaires, interviews, statistics, logical analysis and other methods. We have known the current status of rural sports organizations in Longdong region and we also have known that all kinds of social sports organizations coexist after competing in urban-rural communities. However, from seeing the quantity of social sports organizations’development, community sports organizations small-scale, low-quality, semi-runaway deformity, we find that it hasn’t formed a complete network system of social sports organization.On the basis of knowing the status of rural sports organizations, based on the actual situation of eastern Gansu region, the paper analyzes the existed problems systematically and makes recommendations:accelerate the transformation of government functions to understand the sports organizations fully; strengthen the construction of organization to improve rural sports management system; play a leading role in the government and establish a sound pluralistic financing mechanisms; channel the overall planning and management, and establish the normalized institutional safeguards; strengthen the rule of law and build a service-oriented government. It not only provides a feasible proposal for the better development of rural sports organizations in Longdong area, but also provides a reference for the analysis of similar types of sports public service system and optimization.
