Research On The Main Influencing Factors Of Scientific Data Sharing In Universities

As China's implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy is accelerating,scientific data,as an important output and main driving force of research activities,has a supportive role for scientific research innovation and technological progress,and has received extensive attention from people from all walks of life.It breaks the traditional monopoly model of information resources and enables the reuse of scientific data resources.As the production,use and management of scientific data,whether researchers actively advocate and participate in data sharing will directly affect the process and development of public access to scientific data.At present,China's data sharing policy has just started,and the awareness of data sharing has not been accepted by most people.Under this background,universities are an important base for scientific data generation,and researchers' attitudes,cognitions,behavioral characteristics,and scientific data sharing.What are the influencing factors?It will be the focus of this paper.Based on the theory of technology acceptance model and planning behavior,this paper uses literature research,questionnaire survey,statistical analysis and model construction,and combines the research results of many scholars to deeply study the main influencing factors of scientific data sharing in colleges and universities..Firstly,the current situation of scientific data sharing research in universities and colleges at home and abroad is investigated and analyzed.Secondly,using the theory of technology acceptance model and planning behavior,the research variables affecting the willingness of scientific data sharing in colleges and universities are designed,and 10 items of mutual influence among variables are proposed.Assume that the influencing factors of scientific data sharing willingness in colleges and universities are constructed.Finally,questionnaires are conducted on university researchers in terms of individual characteristics,subjective norms,risk factors and system characteristics.The models are analyzed and tested by SPSS and AMOS software.The analysis results show that there are three main factors affecting the scientific data sharing in colleges and universities:(1)The individual characteristics of scientific research personnel in colleges and universities can promote the willingness to share scientific data.The realization of self-value of university researchers and the trust of others and the shared environment can strengthen the data sharing willingness of researchers.(2)The external environment and policy influences of scientific research personnel in universities can promote the scientific data sharing of scientific research personnel in universities.The national policies,the requirements of the academic circles,and the interaction between peers can stimulate researchers to participate in data sharing activities.Willingness.(3)The system characteristics of the data sharing platform can enhance the scientific data sharing willingness of scientific research personnel in colleges and universities.The security,completeness and easy operation of the data sharing system can stimulate the willingness of researchers to share data.Finally,based on the results of empirical analysis,it puts forward suggestions and countermeasures to enhance the scientific data sharing willingness of scientific researchers in colleges and universities,which provides a reference for better promoting scientific data sharing in colleges and universities in China.
