Research On The Influencing Factors Of Scientific Data Sharing Of University Researchers

Scientific data has become an important output of scientific research activities in the world today,supporting and leading scientific and technological innovation and progress,so it has attracted widespread attention from all walks of life.Scientific data sharing is conducive to breaking the traditional information monopoly in the field of scientific research in the world and realizing the reuse of scientific data resources.Colleges and universities are one of the main positions for scientific research activities of our country's scientific researchers.Among them,the views and attitudes of the front-line personnel involved in scientific research activities,that is,graduate students and teachers,on scientific data sharing will inevitably directly affect the development of data sharing in my country in the next few years.At present,my country's scientific data sharing work is in a stage of rapid development,and the awareness of scientific data sharing has not yet been popularized.In this context,exploring the factors affecting scientific data sharing by university researchers to effectively promote the practice of scientific data sharing is an issue that needs to be studied.This paper combines the mature research results of domestic and foreign scholars to design research hypotheses,establish hypothetical models based on Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology,use SPSS 24.0 to analyze data,and use AMOS24.0 to verify the structural equation model.The empirical results show that the expectation of hard work and the social impact significantly positively affect the scientific data sharing of university researchers,and the risk perception significantly negatively affects the scientific data sharing of university researchers.Gender,age,experience and identity mediate the sharing of scientific data of university researchers effect.In response to the research hypothesis and model verification results,the author mainly proposes suggestions from three levels: increasing the expectations of university researchers,optimizing the social impact of university researchers,and reducing the risk perception of university researchers,with a view to promoting the theory of influencing factors of scientific data sharing in my country Research and improve the level of scientific data sharing in my country in the future.
