Knowledge management is to meet the coming of the knowledge economy time and the emergence of an strategic solutions. Knowledge sharing is the important content of knowledge management, Teachers’ knowledge sharing intends to promote teachers’ professional development, and lay the foundations of the important teachers’ professional status. Now our education research for knowledge management and sharing, it is mostly for university or research institutions, but is not involved in the primary and middle schools. Meanwhile, in the light of the study, most is for the whole process of knowledge sharing analysis, not to commit the knowledge sharing in the willingness of the disseminator of knowledge.order to improve the knowledge sharing willingness, this study according to D Berloln theory on source factors as the theoretical basis, and from the communication technology, knowledge, culture, social system in five aspects to analyze the influence of knowledge sharing, through the questionnaire measurement, data collection and data analysis, understand the teachers willingness present situation of knowledge sharing of Zhejiang province primary and secondary school, analyzes the factors in the population variable knowledge sharing differences, discusses the influence degree and effect on the spread of D Berloln theory influencing factors involved for primary and secondary school teachers willingness knowledge sharing, finally based on the results of the study put forward concrete suggestions for primary and secondary school teachers in promoting the knowledge sharing intend to make the appropriate on reference.By empirical study and based on the theory of in the relevant experts, this study established on the basis of the study of the structure, puts forward the research question, design methods, compiled the appropriate questionnaire to measure demographic factors, the knowledge sharing intend to degree and teachers knowledge sharing the influence factors of willingness, which is spreading technology, knowledge, the school culture, organization culture policies. Completed the questionnaire, choose to be try prediction samples for data collection, questionnaire recovery after the analysis, and then in the questionnaire modified and perfect, complete a formal questionnaire, and once again the issue, collection, finally get the results of this study, and then put forward comprehensive conclusions and recommendations.The results of this study:from the point of view of the demographic variables, the teachers in the position in the strength of the attitude was significantly higher than the dimension of the teachers who is not in the position, in the school system culture dimensions, there is also a significant difference. In addition, the teachers in the school in the position of institutional culture are the positive enterprising. Female teacher’s attitude strength is stronger than the attitude of the male teacher’s strength; Female teachers in the sharing of knowledge dimension are more diversity than the male teachers; Female teachers in the organization culture willingness are stronger than male teachers. Through a regression coefficient equation, found that spread knowledge, school system technology, culture, organization cultural factors willingness influence teachers’ knowledge sharing. The school is to improve the teachers’ knowledge sharing willingness. On the one hand, from the point of view of the technology, the technology can promote teachers’ knowledge sharing willingness, on the other hand, from the point of view of knowledge structure, specific guidance and help teachers the knowledge sharing. In addition, through the system construction and cultural atmosphere building, the school can provide a good external environment to improve teachers’ knowledge sharing willingness.Finally this study take the teacher knowledge sharing from the individual norms, build cultural environment of teachers share, adjust organization structure of sharing knowledge, perfect technology application of knowledge sharing to improve teachers’ knowledge sharing willingness. So as to offer primary and secondary school teachers and school organization reference application, and improve teachers’ professional development and the development of the school.
