At present,scientific data has become an important digital resource for national economic development,scientific and technological progress and rational decision-making of government departments.The sharing of scientific data can further reuse and spread scientific data to the greatest extent in a limited time and space,and also make scientific data of various disciplines be used in a reasonable resource allocation.College teachers and students,as one of the important participants in scientific data sharing,can understand the factors that affect their willingness to share scientific data,and then promote the willingness of college teachers and students to share behaviors based on the factors,so that more college teachers and students can make Scientific data sharing behavior is of key significance for promoting the development of scientific data sharing.At the beginning of this article,this article first sorted out relevant literature on scientific data sharing,such as a summary of the concept of scientific data and research on measures to promote scientific data sharing.Second,interviews and surveys were conducted with some college teachers and students.Based on the interview results and related theories,the research hypothesis is proposed and adjusted,and the research theoretical model is drawn.Then the questionnaire design was carried out.After the questionnaire was collected,it was screened and sorted to eliminate the unqualified questionnaires and form the formal questionnaire data.The feasibility of the questionnaire data was tested using reliability and validity tests and factor analysis.Then,the statistical analysis software SPSS was used to conduct an empirical analysis of the questionnaire data.In this part,a descriptive statistical analysis was first performed based on the demographic characteristics of the interviewees,and then a correlation analysis was performed on the questionnaire data to verify the correlation between the variables.Finally,the most important regression analysis was performed to test the causality of each variable on the behavioral willingness dependent variable,to explore the correctness of the research hypotheses and the research model.Based on the above analysis,the factors affecting the willingness of teachers and students to share scientific data were found as Subjective norms,perceived behavior control,self-efficacy and innovation.Finally,these four factors are suggested from the perspective of teachers and students in colleges and universities to update their ideas,change the previous inherent views of scientific and data sharing among college teachers and students,and further improve the level of willingness of college teachers and students to share.Promote teachers and students to remain positive and optimistic about their willingness to share scientific data,and to involve as many college teachers and students as possible in the process of scientific data sharing,and contribute to China's transition from a big data country to a strong data country.
