Research On Education Equity Of Children Of Migrant Workers In Zhuzhou

Peasants as part of our working class,have made a significant contribution for the economic and social development of China.The settlement of various problems of migrant peasants which have a huge group of 270 million people has become a key issue in building a well-off society and achieving the modernizations.At present,the society paid most attention to the education of the children of peasants among the various problems.Some of the children followed their parents to live in the city,some were remained in the countryside.Most of the education problems of children who live in rural areas can be solved by their account location.But the education problems of children who moved to the city were not solved because the educational resources especially the qualified educational resources are limited and they have become a focused problem from the society.This paper takes the education problem of the children who moved into the city with their peasants as the main research content.This paper analyzed the present situation and main problem of the education of children of migrant peasants in Zhuzhou City,and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem of migrant children of migrant peasants through the field investigation on the educational equity of migrant children.Chapter 1 is the introduction part of this paper,it mainly tells the research results of pioneers in this field,to know the theory research and practical experience in the education field domestic and abroad.The second chapter goes from the theory foundation,analyzing the status quo of education equity of migrant's children.In Chapter 3,it takes the example of Zhuzhou city,Hunan province,as an example,deeply analyzed the problem of education equity of migrant's children,which mainly focused on the reasons for the existence of the problem of the education of children of migrant workers.The fourth chapter is based on the third chapter of the investigation and study on the impact of Zhuzhou City migrant workers.It analysis the main factors affecting the equity of education for migrant workers' children in Zhuzhou City.The fifth chapter explores from the influential element,putting forward four strategies like reforming family registration and education system,perfecting specific education policy,allocating education resources and spending more capital into education,in order to further balance our nation's education.
