With the continuous development of education cause in our country,balanced development of the education problem has become a hot issue in research of education,education as an important point and FaZhanDian social overall development,the inevitable was incorporated into the development of urban and rural areas as a whole.Sports as an important content of school education should also be mentioned bill came up,and the school sports resources is the foundation of all the school sports work,but because of history and reality,the difference between primary and secondary school physical education resources allocation between urban and rural areas has widened,this problem is always restricts the school sports modernization,to realize the coordinated development of urban and rural schools sports,school sports resources between urban and rural areas is the attainment of a balanced development of the premise.This study in zhuzhou city middle and primary school sports resources between urban and rural areas as the research object,USES the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,interview method,comparative method,mathematical statistics method,through to the urban and rural areas in zhuzhou city 30 primary and secondary schools in sports teachers,sports funds,sports equipment,and the current situation of physical education curriculum resources of the four aspects for furtherinvestigation.Through comparison and analysis,the following conclusions:(1)uneven zhuzhou urban and rural primary and middle school sports teachers,city middle and primary school education,job title,or in the age structure is better than the rural level is high,the structure is more reasonable.(2)urban and rural sports funding situation is not optimistic,rural sports teaching environment with relatively poor city elementary and middle schools teachers condition treatment.(3)the resources of zhuzhou urban and rural primary and secondary schools sports equipment and facilities is imperfect and the significant difference between rural and urban areas as a whole.Rural primary and middle school sports facilities humble,equipment aging is serious.(4)there is a big difference in urban and rural primary and secondary school physical education curriculum content resources.The contents of the rural primary and secondary school physical education curriculum too simplification;City elementary and middle schools extracurricular sports activities project Settings is more abundant than rural school.On the basis of reason analysis,and the coordinated development of urban and rural primary and secondary school physical education resourcesofzhuzhou city puts forward the corresponding countermeasures:to establish \ "people-oriented\" concept of common development betweenurban and rural areas;To optimize sports teachers,equipped with rural primary and middle school PE teachers;Perfecting the system of supervision and safeguard the rights and interests of urban and rural students of physical education fair;Increase the funds investment,to ensure the urban and rural schools sports facilities in equilibrium configuration;Integration of resources,establish the integration of urban and rural school sports education development model.
