The picture book,a combination of graphic and text readings,can be used as a reading starting point for the students in lower grade of primary school,and it can also be used as a reading material to stimulate the reading interest of the students in lower grade of primary school.Picture books have its unique edges.The exquisite and vivid pictures attract the attention of elementary school students,make them like reading,and cultivate their observational ability;simple and interesting words help them to deepen their understanding of the story and cultivate their sense of language.But reality in teaching,due to the influence of exam-oriented education,it is very difficult to see picture book reading in class,or teachers read through it in a hurry,and does not play the true value of picture book,or overemphasize the language attribute of picture book,which make the child lose interest in reading.This paper attempts to combine the advantages of picture book reading classroom teaching with picture book teaching in primary school,in order to play the value of picture book,arouse students’ reading interest in reading,and find out a tactical teaching strategy of picture book reading classroom teaching.This thesis consists of five parts:Chapter 1.It is an introduction.It is intended to explore the background,purpose and significance of the research;the contents and methods of the research.Chapter 2It is a literature review.This paper mainly comments on the definition of picture book at home and abroad and the research of picture book reading,as well as the present situation of picture book reading classroom teaching in China.Chapter 3This paper expounds the significance of reading picture books in lower grade of primary schools.It begins with the characteristics of of the picture book,and then illustrates the edges of students in lower grade reading picture books that correspond to characteristics.Chapter 4By interviewing the students in lower grade of primary school and the teachers with teaching experience of picture book to understand the current situation of reading class teaching of picture book in lower grade of primary school,and to summarize the existing problems and reasons.Chapter 5 is the core part of this research.Based on the problems found in Chapter 4,combining with the advantages of picture books,the author believes that a series of teaching strategies can be put forward according to the picture,text and activities of picture books reading. |
