In recent years,with the continuous improvement of educational status and people's high attention to teaching quality,teachers' professional ability has gradually become a hot topic in teacher education research.As an important part of teachers' teaching ability,teaching reflection plays a key role in Teachers' professional development and is an effective way to improve teaching quality.Therefore,cultivating reflective teachers has become an important direction of teachers' education reform.As a decision-maker of reflective practice,teachers are not only influenced by their own reflective consciousness and reflective ability,but also restricted by external environmental factors.Therefore,the development of PE Teachers' teaching reflection in primary and secondary schools should gather various forces to form an educational resultant force.Using the methods of literature,expert interview,grounded theory,Delphi,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,this study tries to analyze the influencing factors of PE Teachers' teaching reflection in primary and secondary schools from the three dimensions of teachers' individual,school and society,build the structural equation model of influencing factors of PE Teachers' teaching reflection in primary and secondary schools,and put forward development suggestions through the construction of the theoretical model,In order to provide some reference for the training practice of PE Teachers' teaching reflection in primary and secondary schools.The following conclusions are drawn through the study:(1)Construct the index system of influencing factors of PE Teachers' teaching reflection in primary and secondary schools.It includes three primary influencing factors,namely,personal factors,school factors and social factors,and 19 secondary influencing factors,namely,personality characteristics,physical education learning qualifications,physical education teaching experience,physical education professional knowledge,self-evaluation level,self-efficacy,professional identity,physical education teaching workload,sports venues and facilities,school system,campus physical education culture,physical education professional training,mutual evaluation of physical education teachers,interpersonal relationship Policy system,physical education teaching investment,physical education curriculum reform.(2)The initial questionnaire was compiled.Through the reliability and validity analysis of the initial survey data,the questionnaire on Influencing Factors of teaching reflection of primary and secondary school physical education teachers(formal)was obtained.(3)Build the influencing factor model of PE Teachers' teaching reflection in primary and secondary schools.Through the analysis of the relationship between each path,the following conclusions are finally obtained: personal factors,school factors and social factors all positively affect PE Teachers' teaching reflection in primary and secondary schools.Among them,personal factors have the largest influence degree,accounting for 37.54%,school factors take the second place,accounting for 32.17%,and social factors have the smallest influence degree,The proportion of weight is 30.29%.From the analysis of personal factors,teachers' professional identity,physical education learning experience and self-efficacy are the more important factors affecting the teaching reflection of primary and secondary school physical education teachers,accounting for 5.18%,5.12% and 5.03% respectively.From the school factor analysis,the campus sports culture,school system and interpersonal relationship have a great impact on the teaching reflection of primary and secondary school physical education teachers,accounting for 3.11%,3.02% and 2.89% respectively.From the analysis of social factors,the policy system and educational investment have a great impact on the teaching reflection of primary and secondary school physical education teachers,accounting for 6.23% and 6.22% respectively.(4)Put forward suggestions on the development of teaching reflection of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools: clarify the connotation of teaching reflection,improve the cognition of teaching reflection;Strengthen self-efficacy and professional development;Practice self-evaluation and implement teaching reflection behavior;Optimize the teaching and research mechanism and promote the virtuous circle of teaching reflection;Build a communication platform and create an atmosphere of teaching reflection;Optimize theoretical study and strengthen on-the-job training;It should be incorporated into the policies and guidelines to clarify the orientation of teaching reflection.
