Study On The Government Function In The Construction Of Intelligent Campus In Vocational Colleges

With the rapid development of information technology in our country,the construction of intelligent campus has gradually become the theme of the development of the times.Unlike other social fields,building smart campus is not only a revolution in education,teaching and University management,but also an important task of personnel training in China.Vocational colleges are obviously different from traditional undergraduate colleges and primary and secondary schools in terms of students' level,school-running ideas,training objectives,management system,talent education,training mode,teacher construction,social expectations,etc.Therefore,their construction needs,construction objectives and realization modes of smart campus should also be different.Faced with the emergence and transformation of new things such as cloud technology and Internet of Things,in the face of the development of the times,it is not only the duty of the government,but also the practical significance of effectively promoting the development and reform of vocational colleges to take effective measures to promote the construction of Vocational colleges' intelligence.This paper is divided into three parts on the research framework.The first part is the theoretical analysis of government functions and intelligent campus construction.Starting from the definition,this paper defines the connotation of the intelligent campus and government functions,analyses the space and characteristics of the government functions and the fit points of the intelligent campus construction,and puts forward the important significance of giving full play to the government functions in the process of the construction of the intelligent campus in Vocational colleges.The second part mainly investigates and analyses the current situation of government functions in the construction of intelligent campus in Vocational colleges.Although our government has made some achievements in the infrastructural construction of University informatization,the construction of educational resources system,informatization education and application,there are still many problems in the process of construction and development of intelligent campus,such as insufficient investment,lack of perfect fund guarantee system,lack of overall planning,inadequate coordination and strict division of management system.Emphasis,lack of unity and coordination,impersonality of promotion and lack of operability.The third part puts forward the corresponding countermeasures: in further promoting the construction of smart campus,the government should improve the funding guarantee mechanism,form the institutionalized evaluation mechanism,explore the supporting policies of smart campus,and so on,pay close attention to the implementation,provide a strong guarantee for the construction of smart campus in Vocational colleges,and improve the quality and level of the construction of smart campus in an all-round way.
