First, described the content of vocational education and vocational education resource sharing model for the meaning, and analyzed the significance of promoting the process of the integration of Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan. Second, on the basis of analyzing the data obtained by field research, status and problems of resource sharing of higher vocationail education in this area are described. Then, with the theory as a guide, the regional status and problem analysis of vocational education resource sharing as the practical basis, this paper proposed the resource sharing model, and the initial "integration", elements "integration ", resources "integration " and innovative "integration " as the realizing path. Finally, the overall planning, improve the legal, policy support, strengthening the management is identified for the functions and role of the regional government in the process of vocational education resource sharing.
