Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Intelligent Campus In Colleges

With the continuous promotion of information construction in the field of education,the management mode of colleges and universities has changed dramatically,and the construction of intelligent campus in colleges and universities has been gradually popularized.Based on the Internet of things technology,the intelligent campus system gives wisdom to the management,education and life of colleges and universities,so as to realize the optimization of teaching methods and environment,the wisdom of campus life,and the efficiency of campus management,which has become an important part of college management.In 2010,Zhejiang University first described the blueprint of “intelligent campus”,and a number of universities began to plan and build intelligent campus in an overall way.Since 2015,“The State Council’s Guiding Opinions on Actively Promoting the ‘Internet Plus’ Action”,“The 13th Five-year Plan of Educational Informatization”,“Guiding Opinions of the Ministry of Education on Promoting the Informatization Development of Vocational Education”,“Education Informatization 2.0 Action Plan”,and the national standard “General Framework of Intelligent Campus”,and so on,and clearly put forward the encouragement of school profits.Fully integrate Internet technology with modern education with digital resources and platforms.At present,how to better participate the internet technology in the management of colleges and universities is an important issue that the administrators and researchers in the field of education should pay attention to.In this paper,taking Shijiazhuang Medical College as a research sample,through the discussion of the problems and countermeasures of the construction of intelligent campus,around the construction of intelligent campus in colleges and universities.Firstly,this paper summarizes the domestic and foreign references on the construction of intelligent campus,and then puts forward the research content,research scheme,as well as the innovation and shortcomings of this paper.On the basis of analyzing the basic concepts of intelligent campus and intelligent campus construction,and elaborating the relevant theories such as collaborative theory and network governance theory,the paper builds a theoretical framework.The paper then combs the relevant policies of intelligent campus construction at home and abroad,and clarifies the policy instructions and development trend of intelligent campus construction in colleges and universities.Then,the paper analyzes the development status and problems of the intelligent campus construction of Shijiazhuang Medical College as the research sample;and from the problems,it analyzes the reasons for the problems,including the lack of scientific top-level design,lack of infrastructure support,rigid thinking of personnel,insufficient training and publicity,lack of special management personnel,funds and funds single source,network security is not in place.Finally,based on the analysis of the reasons,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of intelligent campus in colleges and universities,including improving the top-level design and management mechanism,formulating localized intelligent campus construction norms,improving relevant system specifications and strengthening the guidance of teachers and students,accelerating the construction and training of professional team,introducing social resources to build a win-win situation,and improving network security Full protection.
