As a core component of educational evaluation, student evaluation has a very important position in the evaluation of colleges and universities.Student evaluation is an effective means to directly reflect teachers' teaching, and help teachers improve the quality of teaching. It is also a necessary path to achieve educational goals.Although the important role of student evaluation has been widely recognized, due to factors such as students' cognitive, behavioral deviations, the limitations of evaluation methods, the content, methods, and results of evaluation are often questioned. Therefore, this paper focuses on the students' bias behavior of college students' evaluation of teaching, and hopes to propose corresponding countermeasures to interfere with the bias behavior of college students by exploring the influencing factors that affect the behavioral bias of college students.First of all,the author uses questionnaires as the main research tool, based on a large number of questionnaire data to grasp the current situation of M students' evaluation of students and analyzes the internal structural factors of M students' bias behavior in evaluation and measures the degree of deviation, and tries to use causal inference The theory explains the psychological process of students' deviant behaviors.Secondly, the author and the M students' student representatives conduct exchanges in the form of symposiums. The topic of the discussion revolves around the deviation behavior, influence factors and improvement methods of current M university students' evaluation activities. The material is supplemented and supported as questionnaire data. Finally, through correlation analysis and regression analysis, the important factors affecting students' behavioral deviation behavior are analyzed. This study draws the following conclusions:(1)There are four kinds of biased behaviors in college students' evaluation of teaching, unclear negative evaluation,"goodwill" tends to high evaluation,"malicious" tends to lower evaluation, students reject of free evaluation.(2)Organizational constraints and interpersonal conflicts are important factors influencing the behavioral behavior of college students' evaluation of teaching. They can predict four kinds of deviation behaviors positively, but the influences on the four deviation behaviors are quite different.(3)The organizational intervention in this paper mainly includes neglecting students' opinions, organizational design defects, and poor feedback of information;interpersonal conflict mainly refers to “inappropriate intervention of teachers on students' evaluation of teaching”.Based on the above conclusions, this paper mainly proposes the following intervention strategies corresponding to students' behavioral evaluation bias,in order to correct the students' bias behavior in evaluation, and improve the objectivity and scientificity of evaluation:(1)increase propaganda to establish correct Awareness of teaching evaluation(2)To study and teach,to build a free time, diverse forms, and more targeted evaluation mode(3)to build an open and transparent evaluation mechanism,to put students in the evaluation.
