In the current rapid development of modern society,people are not only facinga variety of work and life pressure,emotional management is also more and more attention,in recent years,a lot of depression patients frequently appear in our lives,which directly affect our physical and mental health,the topic of health is also frequently on the hot search list.With the development of national economy,yoga,as a kind of self-cultivation sport,has been popularized in China since 2000.Especially in recent years,star effect and movie promotion have gradually transformed yoga from minority movement to all people movement.The emergence of yoga center is springing up.As a new front-line City,Changsha yoga is also emerging in an endless stream in the current market,with fierce competition.How to manage a high-quality yoga studio has become a question for every librarian to think about.In this paper,ZY yoga studio as an example,under the guidance of marketing theory,the marketing strategy of ZY yoga studio is studied systematically.First of all,it describes the current marketing situation and problems of ZY Yoga Studio: from the single management and product of teachers' team,the lack of organizational structure and management,the weak positioning and brand awareness of yoga studio,and then analyzes the external and internal environment of yoga studio marketing,SWOT analysis,followed by the marketing strategy of ZY yoga studio The existing problems are discussed in depth from the aspects of positioning,products,teachers,management,etc.Finally,the relevant marketing strategies and implementation planning suggestions are given.Based on the relevant literature,this paper takes ZY yoga studio as an example,and studies the marketing strategy of ZY yoga studio by combining theory with practice.At present,although there is little research on yoga hall at home and abroad,I have learned about yoga for many years,and have a deep understanding of the real-time and dynamic information of yoga hall in the work of ZY yoga hall.By analyzing the marketing strategy of Yoga market,the final purpose is to help ZY yoga studio to solve some problems existing in its operation,so as to make it stand out in the fierce market competition.At the same time,it provides the theoretical basis and practical experience for the future research on the marketing construction of yoga studio,and provides some reference for other similar enterprises.
