The term "burnout" was born in the last century,but the definition of "teacher burnout" is not very accurate.Combined with the meaning of burnout and the professional characteristics of teachers,the teacher's job burnout can be described as: teachers can not effectively respond The negative psychological reaction generated by work stress is the exhaustion state of emotions,attitudes and behaviors produced by teachers with long-term high-level stress experience.It not only affects the physical and mental health of teachers,but also affects the development of teachers and the training of teachers and students.The long-term consequences are unimaginable in the long run.Therefore,it is necessary to fully develop the overall quality of students and the physical and mental health of teachers themselves.Quality should also be healthy and positive development.Due to the particularity of the music teacher industry,it is very important to find ways to help music teachers to alleviate their burnout.This survey selected 68 subjects to conduct a questionnaire survey,scientifically adopted the SPSS data analysis method,and initially learned whether the music teachers in primary and middle schools have the situation of teacher burnout,the status quo,the degree of burnout,and the formation of music teacher profession.Problems such as the cause of burnout.Secondly,some interviewees were interviewed,which led to a deeper exploration of the causes of music teachers' burnout.Finally,the results of the above surveys and interviews were combined to aim at how to ease the burnout of music teachers in primary and middle schools.The strategic approach helps them to survive the burnout period.This thesis consists of five chapters.Chapter one,introduction.Mainly elaborated the research background and the origin,the research goal and the value,the research mentality and the process as well as the research method.The second chapter,the investigation and analysis of the burnout of music teachers in primary and middle schools,based on the literature of Chapter one,the SPSS data results of the questionnaire are analyzed.the current situation of the burnout of music teachers in primary and middle schools in Binhai County of Yancheng City is obtained.The third chapter,through comprehensive interviews,deeply understands the causes of burnout,analyzes and analyzes the adverse effects of burnout on the development of music teachers.The fourth chapter is the research on the adjustment ideas and mitigation strategies of music teachers in primary and middle school.It combines the school and its own perspective to sum up the strategy to deal with burnout.Chapter V,Summary and Outlook on Research.
