The music teachers who just get involved in the industry have become one of the groups of people with job burnout more seriously with the rapid development of society,the increasingly fierce competition,and the quickening of the pace of life.As for the topic of the study,it is the study on the influencing factors of job burnout of music teachers who just get involved in the industry.In addition,the purpose of this study is to explore the influencing factors of the job burnout of music teachers who just get involved in the industry,and to analyze the factors according to the results of the study,so as to give some suggestions in this paper.As a result,it can guide the society from all walks of life to pay attention to the causes of the job burnout of the music teachers who just get involved in the industry,and carry out the effective intervention on it.It can be seen that the research on the music teacher's job burnout is little though many researchers have carried on the research to the teacher's job burnout from the data collected,and the research on the the job burnout of music teacher who just get involved in the industry is almost blank.As for the research methods in this study,it uses the methods of literature research,interview,questionnaire survey,as well as data statistics and so on.Furthermore,the Questionnaire on Job Burnout of Music Teachers Who Just Get Involved in the Industry(Teacher Questionnaire)is developed as a research tool under the support of multiple blueprints on the basis of the related theories and interview results of job burnout.It takes the primary and secondary school music teachers who just get involved in the industry in Shanghai as the mother group,that is,the music teachers who have been in the nine-year compulsory education stage for one to three years,which carries out the sampling survey by means of convenient sampling.In addition,this study has invited five experts in the field to analyze the validity of the questionnaire.Through the analysis of the reliability and validity of the predictive questionnaire as well as the items,the formal questionnaire is formed after revising and adjusting many times.The formal questionnaire is conducted by facilitating sampling and a total of 163 questionnaires are issued.As a result,148 valid questionnaires are collected through the selection of options and the situation of answers,which has a recovery rate of 90.79%.The conclusions are as follows through statistical analysis:1.The establishment of regression model of influencing factors on job burnout music teachers who just get involved in the industry2.The music teachers who just get involved in the industry have moderate job burnout3.The main effects of demographic characteristics such as age,graduation college,major,teaching age,the reasons and area of getting involved in teaching on the job burnout of music teachers who just get involved in the industry are significant.4.Five factors have different influence on the job burnout of teachers.5.Workload factor is an important factor that affects the job burnout of music teachers in a certain environment. |
