Research On Current Situation And Strategy Of Family Education Guidance In Secondary Vocational Schools

Family education plays an extremely important role in the growth of children,and parents have gradually realized the importance of family education.But at present,many parents often feel helpless in family education because they lack enough knowledge and methods of family education.Therefore,family education guidance for parents has become an extremely important work.The school is the most suitable institution to undertake this guidance work at present.Secondary vocational school students have outstanding personality and complex and diverse family education problems.Parents are in urgent need of professional and systematic family education guidance.Therefore,it is of great significance to investigate the current situation of family education guidance in secondary vocational schools for establishing targeted family education guidance methods and enriching family education guidance theory.Based on ecosystem theory,lifelong education theory,adult learning theory and family education guidance framework,this study investigates the family education guidance of a vocational and technical school in Shunde District,Foshan City,using various research methods such as literature,questionnaires,interview and so on.It is found that the guidance content and form of family education guidance in secondary vocational schools are single and practical.There are differences between the needs of guidance and parents,and the lack of school support for this work.According to the successful experience and main problems of family education guidance in secondary vocational schools and their causes,the following strategies are put forward: firstly,to improve school guidance work based on parents' needs;secondly,to increase social intervention and strive for more resources support;thirdly,to improve parents' own qualities taking their main parts.
