Based on the development of postgraduate education in Taiwan,this paper combines the “four series and one school” of the Pingtung University Education College to cultivate the diversified status of education,and comprehensively uses the literature analysis method and case analysis method to master the education of Pingtung University.Cultivate the characteristics of "diversity" for preliminary discussion.First of all,this thesis teaches the Master of Education in Pingtung University to cultivate the diversified characteristics of the economic culture and the diversified background of educational history,the establishment of the diversified training objectives of the College of Education and the need for teacher diversity,and the diversity of teachers in the Master of Education.The background and conditions of the elaboration were discussed.Secondly,according to the logical sequence of enrollment,management,curriculum and graduation,it has carried out more comprehensive content and how to display and cultivate diversified four aspects: enrollment mode,teaching management,curriculum setting,teaching focus,training requirements and degree system.The process is specifically discussed.It is not only an important way to achieve the goal of diversification of the Master of Education in Pingtung University,but also the regulation and guarantee of the diversified quality of the Masterof Education.In terms of enrollment methods,the Master of Education at Pingtung University has implemented a flexible and diversified approach to enrollment in the “division of diversification” in Taiwan,and the autonomy of enrollment in “single enrollment”.Diversification of admission methods and talent selection.In terms of teaching management,the Master of Education of Pingtung University has adopted a multi-disciplinary and multi-disciplinary credit system to reflect the diversified learning conditions of the Master of Education.In addition,the "internationalization and diversification" talents around the current social development needs,as well as the "diversified education goals" of the Master of Education in Pingtung University,highlight the diversified research methods and fields in terms of curriculum and teaching focus.The high proportion of elective courses,interdisciplinary courses,and individual thesis courses are designed to reflect the support of the Master of Education in the development of diverse and rich curriculum resources.In addition,the training requirements and degree awards for graduation programs,under the conditions of greater autonomy in universities in Taiwan,Pingtung University Education College,in combination with its own situation and advantages,flexibly implements the flexibility under the uniform requirements of the examinations of the department's papers.The multi-disciplinary degree awarding method provides a master's degree in education to cultivate a diversified “proof of results”.Thesecharacteristics of enrollment,teaching management,curriculum and teaching focus,training requirements and degree conferring “diversity”are worth learning and learning from the mainland.Thirdly,according to the analysis of the characteristics of “diversity” in the training of Master of Education in Pingtung University,it is proposed to give specific enlightenment to the training of masters of education in the mainland: to the relatively free postgraduate education,to pay attention to the cultivation of talent diversification,to establish diversification Curriculum-oriented cultivation and so on.
