At present,under the background of the popularization of higher education,the quality of postgraduate education in China is becoming more and more prominent.The “13th Five-Year Plan for the Development of Degree and Postgraduate Education”issued by the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council of the Ministry of Education clearly states that “to improve the quality of postgraduate education in an all-round way” Reform the postgraduate training model to meet the needs of today's social and economic development.It can be seen that the postgraduate training model is a key factor that restricts the quality of postgraduate education.As a vocational and technical education major that is most closely related to economic development,it is necessary to pay more attention to the quality of its graduate education and actively reform its training model.The development of technical and vocational education in Taiwan is relatively mature,and it has certain characteristics in the cultivation of master's degree.Therefore,the research on the training mode of master's degree in vocational education in Taiwan,and the influencing factors and main characteristics of its training mode are of great significance for the reform of the training mode of vocational and technical education masters in mainland China.Under the background of postgraduate and vocational education,this study divides the training mode of vocational and technical education masters into: "cultivation goal","cultivation object","cultivation process","evaluation evaluation" Taking the elements as a dimension,we conducted a survey on the research institutes of the two universities in Taiwan.This study mainly uses the qualitative research method,collects data by means of interviews,observation and document analysis,and uses the qualitative data analysis software NVivo11 code analysis data to explore the influencing factors of the master training mode of vocational education in Taiwan.Its main characteristics are to provide reference for the reform and development of the master's degree training model for vocational and technical education in the mainland.This paper is divided into five parts,the main contents are as follows:The first part is research design and implementation.This part mainly describes the specific process of research design and implementation,including the selection of interviewees,data collection and collation,and research reliability and validity to ensure the objectivity of this study.And rigor;The second part is the development history of the master student training model in the Taiwan Institute of Technical and Vocational Education.This part focuses on the historical background of the development stages of the master's training model in the Taiwan Institute of Technical and Vocational Education,aiming to explore the development of its training model.,analyze its development law;The third part is the investigation and analysis of the master student training mode of the Institute of Technical and Vocational Education in Taiwan.This part mainly takes the research institutes of the two universities in Taiwan as the research object,and the qualitative data analysis software NVivo11 is the main analysis tool.Through comprehensive analysis and sorting,the analysis results will be discussed in detail according to the order of the four elements of “cultivation goal”,“cultivation object”,“cultivation process” and “assessment evaluation”;The fourth part is the analysis of the influencing factors of the master student training model in Taiwan Institute of Technical and Vocational Education.This part combines the findings of various aspects and divides its influencing factors into:macro(the impact of economic changes,the support of relevant policies,traditional thinking and education).The concept of change,the phenomenon of less childification)and micro(school type,teacher strength,student needs)two levels;The fifth part is the characteristics of the master student training model of the Institute of Technical and Vocational Education in Taiwan and its enlightenment to the mainland.The study found that the master student training model of the Taiwan Institute of Technical and Vocational Education has four characteristics: the specific clarification of the training objectives;The source of the object is extensive;the flexibility of curriculum and selection;the rigorous standardization of the training process.The main inspirations are: 1.Actively change the concept of master studenttraining,and cultivate multi-disciplinary talents;2.Take the initiative to rely on the external environment and closely link with social and economic development;3.Accurately position the training objectives and strictly regulate the training process;Timely expansion of training direction,expand the development of vocational education master students;5.Comprehensively build a quality assurance system,and strengthen the training and introduction of professional teachers.
