The contradiction between the limited supply of natural resources and the infinite demand for social development has always existed objectively. At present, the main contradiction in our country is the contradiction between the people's growing demand for a better life and the imbalanced and insufficient development.Xinjiang's natural resource endowment structure does not match the lower level of economic development. In the long run,Xinjiang's economic development fundamentally focuses on the improvement of human capital level.According to the data of the sixth census,Xinjiang's female population accounts for 43.3% of the total population.Judging from the female population base, the role of women's development level in Xinjiang's economic growth can not be ignored. With the rapid development of society, the status of women has been greatly improved, and the problem of gender discrimination among women has been significantly improved. However, the social status of women in ethnic minority areas is lower than that of men,and implicit discrimination against women still exists. It is helpful to improve the quality of women's human capital by increasing investment in women's human capital. The optimization of women's human capital can not only improve labor productivity, but also benefit the increase of women's income,so as to stimulate consumption and stimulate economic growth. In addition, the improvement of women's human capital level will promote the improvement of the quality of a generation of population, which will help to hinder the intergenerational transmission of poverty. Therefore, the research on the effect of Xinjiang female human capital on economic growth has certain practical significance. What is the current situation of female human capital in Xinjiang? What is the relationship between women's human capital and economic growth in Xinjiang? How to improve the quality of women's human capital in Xinjiang? These three problems are further studied by combining qualitative and quantitative methods. On the basis of theoretical analysis, this paper analyzes the contribution of female human capital to economic growth from four aspects: education, employment, health and labor migration. At the same time, the Solow growth model is used to analyze the effect of female human capital on economic growth.Secondly, using the census data, the author makes a descriptive analysis of the development status of female human capital in Xinjiang from the aspects of female population structure, educational structure, illiteracy rate and average life expectancy.Thirdly, compared with the eight provinces and regions of the country and the country, the geographical differences of women's human capital in Xinjiang are obtained.Compared with the development of human capital in 13 minority women in Xinjiang, the inter-ethnic differences are obtained.Thirdly,by analyzing the industrial distribution structure of women in Xinjiang, the level of human capital structure in Xinjiang is obtained. Finally, using the time series data from 1996 to 2015,using Stata software to make an empirical study on the contribution of Xinjiang women's human resources to economic growth, the empirical results show that the contribution of Xinjiang primary school students and below to Xinjiang's economic growth is at 1%.There is a significant negative correlation;the contribution of Xinjiang junior high school and high school women to Xinjiang's economic growth is significantly positively correlated at the level of 1%;the contribution of Xinjiang college graduates or above to Xinjiang's economic growth is not significantly positively correlated with this level of education. The female population is relatively small;the average education years of women in Xinjiang is not significantly positively related to the economic growth of Xinjiang;the contribution of women's health level to economic growth in Xinjiang is significantly positively correlated at the level of 1%,which can promote Xinjiang's economic growth;Xinjiang The contribution of total fixed assets to Xinjiang's economic growth is not significant;the contribution of Xinjiang's per capita consumption to Xinjiang's economic growth is significantly positively correlated.Based on the current situation of female human capital in Xinjiang and the results of empirical research, this paper sorts out the problems of female human capital in Xinjiang, and proposes countermeasures to meet the development of female human capital in Xinjiang.
