The characteristics of aerobics combined with its music and dance give people vitality,because their unique project features are deeply loved by college students.The development of aerobics programs in China is in full swing,but there is a corresponding geographical gap in the development of sports programs.Although the vast majority of colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province have established aerobics classes,their optimization and development is still lagging behind other parts of the country.Students are faced with opportunities and challenges in the optimization of the aerobics curriculum,learning attitude,teaching staff,teaching content,teaching methods and assessment system.In order to promote the optimization and development of aerobics classes in Heilongjiang Province's colleges and universities more scientifically and reasonably,the subject is based on this background,using questionnaires,expert interviews and other statistical methods to investigate the establishment of aerobics classes in 15 colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province.The results of the data show that the female college students surveyed focus on the elective aerobics sports program,accounting for 53%;lack of aerobics teaching content that highlights the strength,so the male students' willingness to elect is as low as 6.7%;Heilongjiang Province comprehensive university and teacher The university's aerobics class is more enthusiastic than the science and engineering,agriculture,forestry and fo restry universities.The frequency of participating in aerobics-related competitions is relatively low;72.7% of ordinary college students in Heilongjiang Province have not been exposed to aerobics before the university.The source of cognition for aerobics is mainly teachers and students,and the motivation of students is "aerobics".Mainly;16.25% of the sports clubs set up to make it second only to the ball clubs,but the depth of propaganda is insufficient;the young aerobics teachers in Heilongjiang provinces are lacking,the gender ratio of teachers is not balanced;the teacher qualifications and titles are masters and Associate professors are mainly,lacking teachers with higher academic level;Heilongjiang Province colleges and universities aerobics teaching materials are mainly composed of textbooks in colleges and universities;aerobics theory and practice class teaching content is low;teaching hours are insufficient,class time is not set Perfect;the tradition of teaching law is insufficiently integrated with the Internet elements;the aerobics assessment standards are relatively absolute,which is not conducive to the comprehensive and comprehensive development of students.Based on the status quo and influencing factors,the subject proposes the following optimization strategies: to enhance the support and attention of leaders at all levels in the aerobics work of ordinary colleges;to strengthen the construction of high-quality aerobics teachers,to enhance the professional level of teachers;to broaden the cognitive channels of students,Improve the popularity of aerobics classes in ordinary colleges and universities;build innovative aerobics teaching materials and teaching content systems,improve students' elective interest;combine Internet technology to optimize the aerobics teaching system;change the evaluation concept to promote diversification and integration of evaluation methods.
