A Study On Professional Burnout Of Full-time Teachers In A Private Vocational Schools

This paper uses the adapted MBI-HSS to survey 156 full-time teachers in private higher vocational schools and conduct professional interviews with 30 teachers to obtain first-hand information on the job burnout situation of full-time teachers in private vocational schools.Based on the data,rational thinking and statistical analysis are carried out,and the results are used to enrich the empirical research on the problem of professional burnout of full-time teachers in private higher vocational schools in China.Based on the three dimensions of job burnout model of Maleshi et al.,this study used SPSS22 statistical software to make statistical analysis of the results of job burnout survey of full-time teachers in private vocational colleges and found that full-time teachers in private vocational colleges had serious job burnout problems.Based on the relevant management theory and the actual situation of A higher vocational school,this paper analyzes the factors of full-time teachers ’job burnout,and finally puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem.Through the investigation and analysis,the paper found that the main symptom of job burnout problem is in the dimension of emotional failure,followed by low sense of achievement,and finally to the personalization dimension.There are social reasons,school management system,workload and personal factors for teachers ’job burnout.National social and school administrators should prevent and relieve the pressure of full-time teachers through many ways.Teachers themselves should also strengthen psychological control to prevent further deepening and spreading of job burnout.
