| In recent years,the government strongly encourages the development of social forces to run schools,so the number and scale of private schools in our country has increased.In 2015,the number of private ordinary high schools in China increased rapidly to 2,585.With the promotion of the status of private schools,the level of private schools is more and more attracting the attention of the community.The basis of private schools’ meeting people’s diversified learning needs has been increasingly recognized,leading school popularity gets greatly improved.However,what’s hiding behind the school level is uneven and focusing on the development of school’s promotion instead of the internal quality construction,leading to the loss of students and other issues.Therefore,how to grasp the opportunity,make full use of the growing education needs,occupy more market space,and strive for more stable students,is the key to long-term development of private schools.Because of the delay of educational products,students and parents are concerned about the school reputation,social influence and other elements when choosing a school.How to realize the unity of internal and external,the unity of behavior and image,improve the satisfaction of students of private high school,and improve the quality of education and teaching service of private schools in our country are the focus of this study.Nowadays,the evaluation of teaching quality of private schools in China are focused more on the infrastructure construction and funding sources of private schools.Although these factors play a significant role in the teaching quality level of private schools,they are not completely.So it is necessary to understand the teaching service terminal-students’ satisfaction with school,and private school image reconstruction must focus on the school’s main stakeholders-students,taking students’ satisfaction into the school education service evaluation system.Only in this way,the actual effects of school education concept,educational behavior and other aspects can be reflected,providing guidance for continuous improvement in schools.Through combing the relevant literature at home and abroad,the author found that few scholars have in-depth analysis of the promotion of private high school reputation,and more lack of the perspective of the students.This paper argues that to improve the reputation construction of private high school,we should focus on the evaluation subject status of students,introduce the theory of customer satisfaction,and explore the student satisfaction evaluation project to carry out the research.This study,according to the actual situation of private high school,using the combination of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,conduct a questionnaire survey ofprivate high school students,to explore the relationship between private high school reputation variables and students’ satisfaction variables.Through measuring students’ comprehensive satisfaction,this study helps relevant department to understand the actual situation of private high school running schools,and find a strategy to improve the reputation of private high school. |
