China is undergoing the critical period of accelerate changing the pattern of economic growth and industrial structure.There is a pressing need a lot of skilled talents who adapting the transformation of production mode and the progress of production technology,meeting the requirements of social public service.As an indispensable part of Chinese higher vocational education,private vocational institutes has made its due contribution to cultivated skilled talents who meeting requirements of new era and achieved good results.But there are some issues to be solved which are mainly reflect in the following aspects:indifference teacher's profession development;think little of promote teaching level;take no account of compensation incentive and humanistic care.As a result,teacher's job satisfaction of private vocational institutes is undervaluation.Then,lead to the teaching qualities,high-quality talents cultivation and development of private vocational institutes has suffered negative influence.The paper is based on the two-factor theory,choose the teachers of G college which in the economically and educationally underdeveloped areas as the research object.This study is to investigate the current situation of teacher's satisfaction through the self-made questionnaires and collecting research data,doing relevant analysis and variation analysis by SPSS 19.0.The data analysis shows that:Total teacher's job satisfaction of G college is dissatisfaction;in the constituents parts of teacher's job satisfaction,only work environment and interpersonal relationships is satisfaction,the other parts are dissatisfaction;the study parameters of most items are significant difference expect the degree and the average teaching time per week.Found that the hygiene factors of G college can't reduce teacher's dissatisfaction and motivation factors can't motivate teacher's job enthusiasm effective.According to the results of investigation,the paper trying to give suggestions and solutions from the point of country and college which basic on the two-factor theory.In order to give private vocational institutes of China a reference basis to improve teaching qualities and enhance teacher's job satisfaction.
