This paper has selected the seven areas in Hubei Province as a model for private universities run satisfaction with the issue of college students conducted a preliminary study. On the calculation of each school were measured indicators of the satisfaction scores, according to survey results of the private university students in our province the status of satisfaction for analysis. Private colleges and universities in our province and the hardware environment compared to the general public colleges and universities are not privileged, while students in the school years in university life, whether it is learning or life, will affect their. After statistical analysis, the seven private colleges and universities based on student satisfaction with the overall degree of satisfaction with the strength of the affected factors, according to the importance of ranking high to low are: teaching Services - Management and support of students - the campus culture - Logistics Services -Library Services - the image of the school - students perceived value. Analysis showed that seven schools in this school are most dissatisfied with the work of teaching, followed by management and support of students, campus culture and logistics services, the school the image of relatively satisfied; This shows that teaching service satisfaction on the overall impact of the whole education is still the focus of consumer services and the core. These factors also affected to varying degrees, the object being investigated by the individual factors. Students and overall satisfaction of students, teaching services and logistical dimensions of these three factors have a significant impact; Grade on the overall satisfaction with library services, student management and support services, logistics services, student perceptions, teaching services and cultural atmosphere on campus that there is a factor of seven dimensions of a very significant impact; of gender on overall satisfaction, student management and support services, logistics services, school image, teaching services, library services and the perceived value of students, campus cultural atmosphere of these eight factors had no significant impact.Through the survey, private colleges and universities in our province college education for the general consumer satisfaction, only one school in seven with an overall satisfaction has more than three hours, their main source of the following points:First, the legal status of private universities is not clear, it is the view of private colleges and universities there is a certain amount of bias, resulting in students of private colleges and universities generally low level of recognition. Second, the management of private universities has not yet completely change our concepts, not fully based on the student-based, there is no school education to college students as a "consumer" perspective. Third, the focus of China's higher education market in colleges and universities for students still in a seller's market, and in the private universities, it is clearly in a buyer's market. However, the school has not been fully aware of the operation in the market under the conditions of good adaptation and improvement of self-importance, and therefore of concern to college students for education the issue of consumer satisfaction or low sensitivity. Fourth, the management of private colleges and universities work in peacetime did not take seriously the complaints and needs of students, for students with a reasonable demand does not complain about a timely manner corresponding measures on students in the perception of a vicious circle.Private colleges and universities for students in our province are not satisfied with the status quo, this paper proposes to improve the feasibility of students satisfaction recommendations :First, establish a "Student satisfaction" of the education philosophy; second, combined with the employment needs of the market, understand the requirements of students and expectations of consumers; Third, the evaluation of student satisfaction with the service standards; Fourth, the depth to improve and enhance teaching service satisfaction; Fifth, establish a brand image of the school; Sixth, efforts to strengthen the construction of campus culture; Seventh, raise the level of student management; Eighth, to strengthen logistics management to improve service, improve service levels.And student satisfaction in the implementation of the strategic process, efforts should be made to do a good job in the following work: First of all, the use of science and systematic approach to investigate student satisfaction; Second, educational services in schools in every aspect of efforts to implement the work of student satisfaction; Finally, students in the process of consumer satisfaction to improve student loyalty.
