As China's socialist market economy keeps developing and the development of education has also developed greatly.As a key component of vocational education,secondary vocational schools play an important role in cultivating high-quality laborers in society.However,it is undeniable that China's secondary vocational schools are still weak compared to other forms of education.Privately-funded secondary vocational schools,as an important component of secondary school education in China,have a great deal of pressure in fundraising,recruiting and other work because of their special ownership nature.As teachers of civilian-run vocational schools,education is carried out in such a social environment and in a school state.There is a lot of work pressure.It is precisely because of this that the investigation and study of teachers' job satisfaction in civilian-funded secondary vocational schools is conducive to further grasping the current state of survival of private teachers in China's private schools,so as to propose improvement strategies,and to make some theory for the development of secondary vocational education in China.contribution.In this study,the literature analysis method,case analysis method,questionnaire survey method and interview method were adopted.Theoretical research,problem investigation,problem summary,and cause analysis were used to propose countermeasures for the research thinking,and the logical and scientific nature of the research was emphasized.At the same time,in order to enrich the theoretical basis for the study of the dissertation,from the very beginning of the study,we selected the relevant theories that describe the work satisfaction of teachers in secondary vocational schools.Moreover,in the process of studying problems,we paid attention to respect for the authenticity of survey data,and paid attention to data.The summary and analysis aim to provide a more in-depth analysis of the problem itself and the causes of the problem.Based on this,it proposes targeted strategies.The test table provides a more abundant and substantial research basis for the study of the thesis.In addition,in order to improve the pertinence and practical value of the paper's research,this paper takes the Dalian Xingang Customs Clearance Technical School as the base of the survey,and on the basis of obtaining detailed survey data,one by one,the problems existing in the teachers' job satisfaction in the current private-owned vocational schools in China analysis.Through investigation and research,it has been found that the current level of job satisfaction of teachers in private schools in China's private schools is relatively low.On this basis,we put forward constructive opinions and suggestions on the improvement of teachers' job satisfaction in private schools in China.As the research process pays attention to the one-to-one contrast between the problem and the solution strategy,the opinions and suggestions in this study have strong practicality.
