The Application Research Of Group Work In Children' Self Efficay Emprovement

Children's self-efficacy refers to their confidence in whether they can use their skills they to accomplish the work.The development of children's self-efficacy is related to the development of children in the future,including communication ability,emotional control ability,problem-solving ability,mental health level and learning ability,etc.A child with a higher sense of self-efficacy will have stronger abilities and higher subjective well-being in all aspects.Based on Bandura's theory of self-efficacy,this research takes children aged 6-10 as the object of study,using the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to study social work group work.The method of children's self-efficacy promotion.In the evaluation of children,we find that children with normal family and normal body and mind also have some problems such as self-distrust.Therefore,the design of group project,to children's advantage experience,alternative experience,social persuasion,emotional state and other aspects of intervention,to explore the social work to enhance the self-efficacy of children this service model goal.Through the evaluation of the effectiveness of the service,it is found that the self-efficacy of the team members has been improved,mainly in the following aspects.First,team members can reduce withdrawal by enhancing their self-advantage experience;they can increase their self-confidence by learning from others' successful experiences and by persuading others.The ability to master self-emotion can be enhanced by understanding emotion,recognizing emotion,and exercising to control emotion.Finally,the ability to communicate with others can be enhanced by participating in various activities of the group.In general,the research has achieved certain results,but there are still some problems,such as the design of the group is not perfect enough,and the tracking of the team members is not enough detailed and so on.The research raised the self-efficacy of children through group work and acquired certain effect.It indicated that the way of the social work combining with psychological theories to raise self-efficacy of children is feasible to some extent and has reference significance to relevant research.
