In the context of the transformation of government functions,social work has a broad scope to play in the protection of children in distress.Since the "State Council's Opinions on Strengthening the Work of Safeguarding Children in Difficulties" has included social work in the work system for the protection of children in distress,social work has been in a dilemma.The role of children's rescue and protection work is getting more and more attention.For children in difficulty,a good level of self-efficacy can increase their self-identity,inspire hope for life,and enhance their ability to cope with difficulties,so as to achieve better growth.Therefore,this article starts from the perspective of social work and takes Chongqing S The 9 children in distress in the community were taken as the research object,and the use of group work methods to improve the self-efficacy of these 9 children in distress was taken as the main line of research,combining social work practice with social work research to explore how group work can more effectively intervene in children in distress Of self-efficacy.In the survey of the needs of children in dilemmas in the S community,the author found that these children in dilemma have insufficient understanding of self,cognitive deviation,insufficient self-confidence and poor performance,poor learning consciousness,and insufficient motivation to learn through scale measurement and structural interviews.,Internally closed,unwilling to interact with others,negative emotions and weak management skills,lack of positive response to dilemmas and other self-efficacy crises.The reason why these crises are indispensable for their lack of self-efficacy,and These problems will further affect their level of self-efficacy,thus forming a vicious circle.In order to improve the self-efficacy of children in dilemma in the S community,help them establish a correct self-concept and enhance theirability to cope with difficulties,the author takes the self-efficacy theory as a guide and combines the four major efficiency factors that affect the development of self-efficacy in this theory,that is,personal experience Mastered sexual experience,alternative experience,verbal persuasion,physiological and emotional states,designed eight group activities on different topics,and intervened in the self-efficacy crisis of the client through the method of group work to improve the group members 'self-identity,Interpersonal communication,emotional adjustment,future planning,and coping with difficulties,etc.,help team members improve self-awareness,recognize self-ability,and achieve a level of self-efficacy.After the end of the group,the author tested the effectiveness of the group activities through various assessment methods such as group process assessment,group result assessment and worker self-assessment,and found that the self-efficacy scale scores of the 9 dilemma children in the S community who participated in the group were to a certain extent.The team members have improved their ability to cope with problems,communicate with people,and control their emotions.At the same time,they have also discovered their own advantages and strengthened their self-confidence.The status of self-efficacy is developing in a good direction.The group Experience plays a positive role in improving their self-efficacy.At the end of the article,the author summarizes this research based on this practical process and draws the following conclusions: Group work is an effective way to improve the self-efficacy of children in dilemma in the S community.Self-efficacy theory has more With strong practical guidance significance,diversified content of group activities is more likely to attract the participation of group members.At the same time,it also reflects on the shortcomings of this group and provides reference for subsequent related practical activities.
