With the continuous development of society of our country economy,the city advancement unceasing advancement,cross regional flow of population size in our country is gradually expanding.Begin from 90 time end,"the family" go out to become a significant structural change of migrant workers team,and thus the formation of a new special group--"migrant children".It is important to migrant workers issues at the same time,many departments and scholars on migrant workers together with migrant migrant children's survival and development to give a great deal of attention,has become an important issue in many experts and scholars and research gradually the problem of migrant children,but for the research of migrant children,most are concentrated in the migrant children's living status the present situation,education,equality of education and the adaptation to city,but few people pay attention to their psychological health,personality,adult talent.Primary school stage of migrant children is in an important period of physiological and psychological development,is the key period for self development,at an important stage of socialization,and at this stage in their development of personality is the greatest impact of peer groups,so they are more with peers.Interpersonal skills as the flow of children an important adaptation ability of the society,is an important factor affecting flow children's good personality and moral quality,excellent social formation,but from the current status of migrant children study of interpersonal communication,research on migrant children their interpersonal obstacle problems remains to be enhanced.Therefore,in this study,the migrant children as the research object,interpersonal barriers as the main research content to research,using the method of social work professional to solve the problem of migrant children's interpersonal barriers,has the necessity and feasibility of research.This study takes the H primary school migrant children as the service object,through the investigation on the spot,the questionnaire survey method,interview method,observation collecting information,understanding and grasp the flow of children in H primary school in the city of Wuxi interpersonal disorder,found that the migrant children have significant cognitive impairment of interpersonal communication,affective disorder and behavior disorders,and analyzes the reasons from society,school,family and individual these four aspects.Analysis found that the social reasons of the migrant children interpersonal barriers are the influences of the social traditional ideas,social culture and social system;the school reasons are that the school teaching management is not reasonable,treating the migrant children differently,teachers paying attention to is not in place;the family reasons are that parents occupation,the lag of family education ideas,the unreasonable family education way and the influence of family economic conditions;personal reasons are the low self-evaluation,inferiority,lack of communication skills and ability.For migrant children's interpersonal barriers,by adopting the combination of team work and case work way,choose the migrant children with the common problems in interpersonal barriers as group,under the guidance of development models,using group working methods for intervention,designing team services plans to carry out group activities;for a migrant children with a serious interpersonal barriers but reluctant to participate in group activities,under the guidance of the treatment model,developing the casework service plan,using the method of casework to intervene.The assessment of team work and case work show that the case in interpersonal cognition,emotion,behavior has improved,enhancing the ability of interpersonal communication,realizing the benign interaction with the people around them,interventional group work intervention and case work have made good effect.From the strengths,skills,the social worker's role play the three aspects of group work method and case work method involved the migrant children interpersonal barriers were analyzed and compared,found that group work method and case work methods have their own advantages,this study simply use group working methods and case work methods in migrant children communication disorders are not desirable,by adopting the combination of team work and case work way,to solve with interpersonal obstacles of migrant children has better effect.Finally,to summarize the study,affirms the social work has a positive role in improving the flow of children's interpersonal relationship and elimination of migrant children handicap of interpersonal relationship;from the object of study,research methods,the applicability of the results reflect the shortcomings of this research,and put forward the countermeasures and Suggestions to eliminate migrant children interpersonal obstacles.At the same time,we expect this research can provide certain references for other migrant children interpersonal barriers on the social work intervention research.
