While the Internet plus is a hot topic of discussion,"children's programming" has created a global craze.Nowadays in the age of artificial intelligence,programming is rapidly becoming popular and entering the classrooms of primary and middle schools.This programming software,which named Scratch,is the most suitable and the most popular for primary and middle school students in the world.However,A lot of front-line teachers still use the old teaching methods and strategies when teaching Scratch programming curriculum.Students are less interested in programming and unable to create Scratch works independently in their later studies,due to the influence of the traditional teaching mode and teaching concept.It has already become an urgent problem to be solved for the information technology teachers.Therefore,this research explores new teaching models,utilizing the advantage of Xuele cloud platform.In the study,the researcher carries out the teaching design and the practical research on typical cases of Scratch programming curriculum in primary school,taking the learn theory of constructivism,blended learn theory and individualized learn theory as foundation,combining with the advantages of effective interaction and intelligent analysis function on Xuele cloud platform.There are three aspects including in this research work.1.Analysis of the research status of Scratch programming teaching and cloud computing assisted teaching field.Through reading and organizing lots of the literatures,mainstream teaching models about Scratch and successful teaching experience on information technology curriculum assisted by the cloud platform are summarized at home and abroad.The advantages and feasibility of the combination of both are analyzed systematically.2.The teaching system design assisted by the cloud platform.According to the analysis of teaching materials,teaching objects and teaching targets,the researcher selects the teaching mode which contains both the leading and the subject,develops five teaching strategies,plans the four-steps teaching process.3.The application and effect analysis of teaching cases based on cloud platformDuring the action research,two lessons,which are named as Animal words card and Beat the gophers together,are applied in practice on the classroom.Using questionnaire survey and class observation,the way of teaching,the effect of learning and the changes of creativity tendency are surveyed and analyzed.It is shown that Scratch programming teaching assisted by Xuele cloud platform has a positive impact on learning for students,especially in the aspect of adventure,curiosity and imagination of creativity tendency.In a word,the study about Scratch programming teaching assisted by Xuele cloud platform is proved to be effective.
