Graduation thesis is an article or design that graduates must complete,professional and relevant to certain academic standards,which occupies an important position in the undergraduate talent training program.The quality of its quality directly reflects the effect of talent cultivation,which represents the teaching ability of teachers and even a school.Dissertation is to cultivate students for undergraduate students,the integrated use of knowledge and skills,independent analysis problem,the key to solve the problem teaching,has an irreplaceable practical and comprehensive effect.Therefore,the research on the influencing factors and countermeasures of the thesis of undergraduate degree thesis has some theoretical and practical value for both the school and the students.This article takes the J School of Business Administration as an example.First,we select the most successful majors for three years in a row by the status quo analysis.Taking the graduation thesis scores of the marketing majors in 2015-2017 session as samples,Papers score changes and quality levels.Secondly,referring to the existing scale and through the review and analysis of the existing literature,assuming the instructor's guidance,learning attitude,time planning,the accumulation of the material of the thesis,academic atmosphere,research conditions,interest in learning will affect the quality of the graduation thesis,using the questionnaire survey method to J School of Business Administration 2017 graduates As the survey object,the result Y of 2017 graduation thesis was introduced.Through factor analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis,the following conclusions were drawn: five factors of study planning,material accumulation of the thesis,mentor's guidance,academic environment,scientific research conditions and the quality of the thesis There is a significant correlation between them;study planning and thesis material accumulation can be summarized as time investment,academic environment and research conditions can be summarized as academic environment;interest in learning,learning attitude and time investment are positively correlated,indirectly affecting the quality of graduation thesis;The factors from small to large are as follows: academic environment,supervisor's guiding role,time investment.According to the analysis of the present situation and the questionnaire analysis of graduation thesis of J School of Business Administration,the following suggestions are made from the viewpoints of teachers,schools and students: teachers should combine guidance with guidance,lifelong learning and improve their ability of scientific research;Improve the conditions of scientific research,create an academic atmosphere;establish a correct essay awareness,improve planning ability and writing ability.
