In recent years,China's population age structure has been continuously adjusted,demographic dividends have gradually disappeared,and the problem of demographic structure that is accelerating with aging and worsening of declining birth rates has become prominent.In this situation,China introduced the “separate two-child” policy in 2013,but the separate two-child policy did not receive the expected results.In 2015,the “two-child” policy was introduced,and the policy has been implemented for more than two years.The number of births in the country's two children was lower than expected.Based on this status quo,this study adopts a grounded theories and questionnaires to study knowledgeable women in Shanghai.It studies the factors affecting their second child's desire for birth and their welfare needs in order to improve the second child's childbearing benefits and achieve policy objectives.The first part of the thesis is the introduction.It expounds the research background,research significance,research content,research methods,research innovations and deficiencies.The second part is the theoretical basis,concept definition and literature review.The third part is based on grounded theory research.Methods: An exploratory study was conducted on the influencing factors of second-childbirth intentions of Shanghai's corporate intellectual women,and atheoretical model was constructed.The fourth part was the research design of the influencing factors and welfare needs of second-born women of Shanghai's corporate intellectual women,including questionnaire design.The selection of survey objects,methods,pre-surveys and research improvements;the fifth part is an empirical study of the influencing factors and welfare needs of second-born childbirth of Shanghai's corporate intellectual women.Descriptive statistical analysis of the data obtained from the questionnaire survey and factor analysis,Correlation analysis and multivariate regression analysis;The sixth part is the research conclusions and countermeasures,and proposes constructive suggestions for the improvement of the two childbearing benefits.The main research conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)There is a significant negative correlation between age and intellectual female second child birth intention;(2)Family average monthly income is significantly positively correlated with intellectual female second child birth intention;(3)family factor,social public The psychological cognition of services,work factors,and childbearing two children has a significant effect on the fertility desire of intellectual women.
