The problem of female employment is one of the important focuses of world.Not only the G20 summit in Hangzhou and the 6th National Conference on Women and Children,but also the national laws and regulations of each country have stressed the necessity to eliminate the phenomenon of gender discrimination in employment in order to promote the equity and quality of female employments.In employment market,female rights are easily vulnerable.Especially after the implementation of Two-child policy,women may meet more severe employment challenge.On the one hand women are responsibility for bearing and taking care of children,on the other hand they pursue the developing goals of occupation and career.As main roles of population reproduction and laborers of material reproduction,between which there is a natural conflict,no matter which one the women choose,they have to pay homologous opportunity cost.In order to cope with Chinese current developing population situation and future population security and to realize the goals of long-term equilibrium population development,it is inevitable requirement to ease the conflicts and promote balance of female role,which is also the solution to protecting female human rights and promoting female integrated development in co-construction and sharing.By sampling survey and case interviews of female workers and enterprises from both labor supply and demand perspectives,this paper researched the urban enterprise women in Chengdu.By status analysis of female workers' employment and occupation development and Doubledifference Model comparative analysis,this paper analyzed whether the Two-child Policy influenced the female occupation development and how much it can be influenced,as well as the influence factors and mechanism.Finally,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to protect female employment and occupation development.The research shows that on the Two-child policy background female workers is facing more severe gender discrimination and childbearing discrimination;Impacted by role conflict,employment preferences,the nature of the enterprise,employment discrimination,social care services,home care support,grandparents ages,grandparents health status,child's age,female domicile and other factors,a few female workers can gain positive impact,while more female workers have negative effects in occupation planning,labor supply,post adjustment,occupation training and wage level;Some female workers tend to be impacted much more easily.They often have these characteristics,such as age from 26 to 35 years old,the provincial domicile,working in the non state-owned enterprises,with high grade occupation qualification certificate,with resignation experience when bearing child,having younger children and so on.To take the implementation of the system as basic guarantee,reducing the role conflict as the breakthrough point,easily vulnerable group as important center,multi-center governance as the basic mode,this paper suggest that the government should guide market reasonably and society,family and individual participate into market orderly to govern and protect female labor rights together.
