In 2015,the Ministry of Education promulgated the evaluation method for the artistic quality of primary and middle school students.How to give full play to the incentive function of evaluation,design the evaluation index system and implementation scheme is an urgent problem to be solved in the field of art education.Based on the theory of multiple intelligences,Bloom's educational classification objective and expressive evaluation theory,the author combs the "Evaluation Index System of Art Quality of Primary and Secondary School Students" and compiles the "Operational Rules of Art Quality Assessment for Middle School Students Attached to the Fourth Affiliated School of China Normal University".Through case study and action research,it is found that the performance evaluation of junior high school students 'art learning based on electronic platform can give full play to the functions of incentive,diagnosis,guidance and feedback of evaluation,record students' art learning performance in real situations comprehensively,and conduct individualized and diversified performance evaluation.The evaluation not only conforms to the development demand of the Internet + in twenty-first Century,but also helps to cultivate the students' artistic quality.However,as far as students are concerned,the problems such as self-control and originality caused by the transmission of art homework based on mobile phones and other electronic products have affected the reliability and validity of performance evaluation to a certain extent.As far as teachers are concerned,the implementation of attendance rate and participation rate takes up teaching time and energy.As far as the evaluation system is concerned,the construction of each unit's evaluat ion rules based on textbook content is related to the objectivity and practicality of performance evaluation,which needs to be improved.The thesis is divided into five parts,the introduction elaborates the research background and design;the first chapter is composed of the definition of related concepts and literature review;the second chapter discusses the three theoretical basis of this paper:multiple intelligence theory,Bloom's classification of educational objectives,performance evaluation theory;the third chapter elaborates the design of fine arts evaluation rules.The fourth chapter reviews the evaluation of basic indicators,academic indicators and development indicators based on the "inside and outside the school" electronic platform in the form of cases;analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the evaluation implementation,and puts forward suggestions for improvement.
