With the emergence of the concept of core literacy,the development of core elements for the development of the world trend of curriculum reform;the development of "discipline core literacy" has become a realistic requirement.The ideological and political curriculum is centered on the basic point of view of Marx doctrine,with the basic content of socialist economic,political,cultural and social common sense,to improve the ideological and political quality of citizens and the development of modern social life ability.Based on the nature of this course and the practice and openness,public participation has become one of the core qualities of the ideological and political discipline,and the cultivation of public participation quality has become an important task of the ideological and political curriculum.For students in school,the core quality of Ideological and political education should focus on political identification,rational spirit,rule of law awareness and public participation.Among the four core accomplishments,the first three,as a concept,must be implemented in the action of "public participation" and have been formed,implemented and sublimated in the process of public participation.As the main channel for developing middle school students' public participation,ideological and political courses provide rich related cultivation resources,and "public participation" is permeated in all modules of "Ideological and political" teaching materials,and the comprehensive practice course of school provides a practical platform for the improvement of high school students' public participation quality.However,in fact,the following problems are common among middle school students: lack of participation in common sense and practice,and weak participation consciousness,which is related to the lack of school students' lack of public participation.While Ideological and political education,the knowledge of the specific guidance of the skills is not presented in the textbook,and it is difficult for the textbook to provide sufficient participation in the case to supplement the common sense.The classroom teaching is based on the knowledge of the examination points.The use of relevant knowledge,the exercise of practical ability and the guidance of participation consciousness are often ignored,which makes it difficult for middle school students to identify and internalize the teaching content of public participation.In the comprehensive practice curriculum,the school also did not really attach importance to the practice of public participation,and the practice activities outside the school were limited.Therefore,in view of the problems arising from the cultivation of this series of "public participation" core literacy,exploring an effective teaching path has become the urgent task of the high school political education.It is necessary to play the ideological and political curriculum as the main channel value of cultivating middle school students' public participation quality.From the point of view of teachers,it is necessary to improve their own quality and play a demonstration role.For the content of teaching,we should dig into the contents of "public participation" inside and outside the teaching materials,including improving the compilation of textbooks and supplementation of auxiliary teaching materials.During subject teaching,it is necessary to change the teaching idea and choose the teaching method rationally;in the subject activities,we should organize the classroom inquiry activities,carry out the research study of the subject,and strengthen the students' participation by simulating the school-based curriculum such as the CPPCC.At the same time,the community actively publicize the organization and create a public participation atmosphere;Parents actively change their concepts and provide public participation in support and guidance.
