Study On The Countermeasures Of Secondary Vocational Education To Adapt The Local Regional Economic Development

Secondary vocational education is an important part of vocational education,whi ch directly serves local financial construction.The development of local regional econ omy also mare and more relies on secondary vocational education.But on the whole,i n china the secondary vocational occupation education,which plays the role of a weak link in education,cannot adapt the regional economic development.This research is based on the secondary vocational education and local regional e conomy in Wuxi.It,based on the relevant research both at home and abroad,analyze s the adaptability of regional economic construction and secondary vocational educati on development in Wuxi city,Jiangsu province.The paper also put forward some rela ted suggestions and countermeasures.On the basis of analyzing the adaptability of sec ondary vocational education and local regional economy in Wuxi,this paper analyses respectively from secondary vocational education in development scale and local regi onal economy in development scale in Wuxi,secondary vocational education of speci alties setup and industrial structure,secondary vocational education and technical stru cture of economic development.From the research,we find that the reasons why secondary vocational education i s not suitable for local regional economic development in Wuxi mainly embody in the following aspects.Firstly,the influence of the social environment mainly embodies i n the Chinese traditional values and the blind pursuit of high education;secondly,the influence of the government mainly reflects in the imperfect policy and the insufficien t investment in educational funds;thirdly,the own factors of secondary vocational sch ools embody in the unclear goals of running schools and the specialty setting and spec ialties setup and industrial structure are not compatible.Finally,take measures from government ?enterprise and secondary vocational e ducation,the author puts forward some relevant suggestions and countermeasures abo ut secondary vocational education serve regional economy better : change the ideas an d promote secondary vocational education;expand the financing channels and the fun ds investment of education;abandon the concept of “the blind pursuit of high educati on,look down on secondary vocational education”;carry the college-business cooperation;optimize specialties setup to accomplish coordinated development with local re gional economy;strengthen construction of teaching personnel;reform teaching mod el;improvement of quality assurance system of secondary vocational education.
