The Explorations To The Development Pattern Of Higher Vocational Education In Wuxi City

Proceeded from the higher vocational education status and the characteristics of local economic development in Wuxi City, in the massive investigation and study foundation, this article analyses the present situation of economic development,the personnel structure,the demand and current problems for higher vocational education in Wuxi City. Through the course of the development of higher vocational education at home and abroad , it points out that on the purpose of developing the higher vocational education in Wuxi City ,we can use the theory and practical experience about objectives and patterns in this area of our own and other countries for reference. Based on "the eleventh five-year plan" of Wuxi city and its economic and social development needs, according to its training development goals of higher vocational education , in terms of such aspects as the management structure, the curriculum, the specialized establishment, the practice teaching ,the teacher training, the school pattern and level, this article explores that the characteristic development pattern of higher vocational education in Wuxi City is the "producing, studing, researching unification" ,especially focusing on the Solutions and the prospects of higher vocational education development in Wuxi City.
