Research On Teacher Incentive System Of XH University

It is very important to spread scientific knowledge in the modern time when the science and technology quickly develops.Teachers play a very important role in the process of knowledge dissemination.The staff turnover has become more and more serious,especially in private colleges,due to the fierce competition between colleges and universities.Therefore,it’s urgent to establish a scientific and reasonable motivation mechanism of teachers for attracting,retaining,and cultivating attracting talent.In view of current problems,the paper chooses XH College in Shandong province as the study site to study teacher motivation mechanism system.Firstly,the paper describes the relevant elements and the basic meaning of motivation mechanism after understanding the current situation at home and abroad of teachers’ incentive program and makes a detailed statement about the classical incentive theories from content,process and behavior.Secondly,it studies the motivation mechanism of teachers: on the basis of fully understanding of the basic situation,the article designs the questionnaire and makes some teachers as the sample to do them.The existing problems are obtained and analyzed the in the school.Thirdly,the paper builds a set of teachers’ motivation mechanism coordination with the actual situation of college based the basic principles of motivation mechanism after knowing the particular case.Finally,some guaranteed conditions are set up for the system to work properly.Research shows that: the paper take the present situation as precondition and based on the relevant incentive principle to establish a scientific and reasonable motivation mechanism of teachers.It can arouse the enthusiasm of teachers and to drive the development of the colleges.
