Since the country executes the enrollment expansion in higher education, for dealing with the problem that most of universities are short of teachers, more and more newly-graduated students are engaged in teaching, so the proportion of young teachers in Colleges and universities becomes higher and higher. These young college teachers are the backbone of the development of higher institutions in the future, their development level decides the higher level and the development of China’s higher education level. Therefore both the institutions of higher learning and the State Ministry of higher education, on the development of young teachers, should give special attention. An effective incentive mechanism is helpful for the young teachers’ creativity and enthusiasm means, so there are no other means but those reasonable incentive mechanisms, which can enable young teachers to concentrate on their own professional research, teaching and scientific research work, and make progress. The incentives are always scholar’s research direction, but no theory what is universal, especially the construction of the incentive mechanism, according to the different incentive object, we should take different incentive measures. This article is based on Two Factor Theory, taking the young teachers of Liaoning Technical University as the research object, from a survey of incentive object needs, analysis of the young teachers’ satisfaction and dissatisfaction factors, combined with the current situation of incentive mechanism, putting forward to a more effective and targeted incentives, thereby improving the needle for the young teacher’s incentive mechanism, in the meanwhile to improve the young teachers’ overall management. This paper is divided into four parts:The first part:introduce the background of the thesis, the theoretical and practical significance of this topic, the research status of this topic t home and abroad and main research contents and research methods.Second part:the research is involved in the process to the relevant concepts and theories, including incentive, incentive mechanism and the young teachers in Colleges and universities. Theoretical part introduces the origin, content and adaptability of the double factor theory.The third part:through interviews, to sum up the present situation, problems and reasons of the incentive mechanism for young teachers in Liaoning Technical UniversityThe fourth part:according to the above analysis, combined with the double factor theory, from the health factors and incentive factors, put forward to perfecting the measure of young college teachers’ incentive mechanism.
