For a hundred years,education is the foundation;education is teacher-oriented.With the ‘speeding up the construction of a sports power ’at the 19 th National Congress and the subsequent ’ opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on comprehensively deepening the reform of the construction of teachers in the new era ’,the construction and management of teachers are mentioned.Education,especially physical education,is a top priority.As the basis of overall education,primary school provides a solid foundation for subsequent education.This study takes the incentive management of primary school physical education teachers in Shenzhen as the research object,and primary school physical education teachers as the survey object,and uses the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and mathematical statistics method to investigate and analyze the five basic basic conditions of teachers ’ gender ratio,age structure,academic structure,professional title structure and work intensity,as well as the three management status of teachers ’ training,professional title and evaluation,and incentive mechanism.At the same time,based on the perspective of two-factor theory,this paper investigates the views of primary school physical education teachers in Shenzhen on relevant incentive management and the factors that affect them,and adopts quantitative analysis methods to find out the problems in incentive management and put forward relevant optimization countermeasures.Research conclusions:The influencing factors of incentive management of primary school physical education teachers in Shenzhen can be divided into incentive factors and health factors.Health care factors include six factors :related management system,teaching equipment,interpersonal relationship,salary and welfare,teaching resources,evaluation and title promotion.The incentive factors include teaching evaluation,workload,professional identity,teaching and research activities,leadership attention and appreciation,social status,training and further education,sense of achievement and access and recruitment.At the same time,there are mainly the following related problems :such as the non-contrast between work intensity and salary level based on health care factors,the rigid promotion of professional titles and the backwardness of relevant management systems;the problems based on incentive factors are low social status,poor training and further education,and poor teaching evaluation.And combed the specific reasons for the above problems,put forward to improve the salary of physical education teachers,improve the title evaluation system,Strengthen the ability of managers themselves,strengthen the management system of the school,strengthen the promotion of the social status of physical education teachers,optimize the training system and optimize the assessment system and other corresponding optimization countermeasures,to provide sufficient information basis and decision-making reference for management decision-making.
