Innovation ability has been recognized as one of the most important factors to promote the individual work in the fields of performance.The cultivation of innovative ability is not only crucial to personal development and national strategy,but also a hot spot in academic research.This paper takes college students as the research object to explore the impact factors and mechanism of innovation behavior,and has important theoretical and practical significance for how to cultivate and improve students' innovative ability.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the literature on innovation behavior,this paper finds that the relationship between creative self-efficacy and innovation behavior is often used.Creative self-efficacy is the research of self-efficacy in the field of innovation.Based on the literature analysis of Bandura's self-efficacy,it is learned that the creative self-efficacy is influenced by the factors such as motivation,cognition,the individual character,environmental factors and so on.Therefore,this paper introduces the two variables of goal orientation and personality traits from the individual level,and constructs the influencing factors model of college students' innovative behavior.Through investigating 327 college students,explore the influence factors of the innovative behavior of college students and the influence of variables.The main results are as follows:1.The learning orientation has a significant positive impact on innovative behavior,and the performance orientation has no significant impact on innovation behavior.From a theoretical point of view,it is proved that the learning orientation has a positive effect,but the results of goal orientation are different from the previous research results.On the one hand,it has increased the performance oriented empirical research in college students' measurement environment,on the other hand,it also has an important role in school training and self-management.2.Personality traits affect the innovation behavior through the mediating effect of the innovation self-efficacy and innovation self efficacy influences innovation behavior through the mediating effect of learning orientation.This is similar to the effect of self efficacy on individual behavior,which provides an empirical reference for further understanding of the mechanism of individual innovation.3.Although college students' innovative behavior in different gender differences,but no significant difference;learning orientation,personality traits,creative self-efficacy has significant difference in grade and age,and the average score increased year by year,but there is no significant difference in the grade.It can be from the perspective of the cultivation of students to consider how to promote the innovation behavior of college students and the transformation of innovation,but also further illustrates the importance of the school to actively guide the training.
