The Study On The Relationship Between College Students’ Error Orientation,Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy And Innovation Behavior

According to the statistics,in 2017,more than 200,000 university graduates in China are engaged in Entrepreneurship activities.About 20% of the college students have express strong entrepreneurial intentions.College students’ entrepreneurship has occupied a pivotal position in the current innovation and entrepreneurship activities.College students’ entrepreneurs have also become one of the pioneers in the entrepreneurship army.Based on the summary of the research on entrepreneurship by scholars at home and abroad,this study focuses on the relationship between Chinese college students’ error orientation,entrepreneurial self-efficacy and innovation behavior.Taking college students as the research object,online questionnaires were conducted among college students in several universities in Tianjin.SPSS20.0 software is used to analyze the collected data,and regression analysis is used to verify the theoretical hypothesis.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:Error orientation has a direct and significant positive impact on entrepreneurial self-efficacy and innovation behavior respectively;Error orientation can also have a significant positive impact on innovation behavior through the mediating role of entrepreneurial self-efficacy;Error self-efficacy plays a complete mediating role in the impact of error competence,error learning on innovation behavior,while error communication plays a partial mediating role in the impact of innovation behavior.The practical significance of this research is that it helps the government and colleges to propose policies and training programs that are more suitable for college students’ entrepreneurship after understanding the factors affecting college students’ innovative behavior;in addition,college students’ entrepreneurs can cultivate their innovative ability and literacy more directionally,laying the foundation for successful entrepreneurship;at the same time,enterprises can strengthen their counterparts from their own internal environment.The training and management of work error orientation can enhance the sense of self-efficacy of entrepreneurship,and then enhance the innovative ability of employees.As well as providing the enterprises the new direction for cultivating and selecting talents from the colleges.
